Today’s card is for a friend who is going through a hard time.  I wanted to make her something pretty to cheer her up, and this Best Thoughts stamp set seemed just the right thing.

The flower was stamped in Rose Red ink on Watercolor Paper.  I used an Aqua Painter to very lightly pull the ink from the stamp into the petals.  Then I fussy cut the flower and put it on a background of English Garden DSP.

The sweet little butterfly was stamped in Rose Red ink onto vellum, allowed to dry and then fussy cut.  I just love this whole stamp set, every single stamp is so pretty!
