Oh Boy Oh Succulents!

These little beauties are just too much fun!  It’s amazing how card stock turns into flowers so quickly!

It all starts with the Succulent Framelit Dies.  You die cut the flower pieces and start sponging the edges…by the time you layer the pieces on top of each other you have a gorgeous little succulent!

Do you believe this one started with Pool Party card stock?  Soft Suede and Rich Razzleberry ink morph it into something very real looking!  (You can see some of the Rich Razzleberry ink on my fingers!!)

They turned out so pretty that I had to make an arrangement!  I had a little tiny pail I’d been saving for I don’t know what, and I stuffed it with some moss and just set the succulents on top!  To make it permanent, I think I might stick the flowers to the moss with a hot glue gun…but that’s for another day.

You’ve got to try these!  I was a bit hesitant at first, but they go together super-fast, so give them a try!  And, right now you can get a special gift for your qualifying order.  Go for it 🙂

Oh, I almost forgot, during the month of March I’m giving away a little something extra, so be sure to take advantage of that too!  It’s a great time to get some Stampin’ Up!

Thanks for stopping by today!

Pretty Pocket Card Kit!

Are these cards cute or what?  And they are just what we need right now with spring just a few days away, right?

They are little pockets and the cards pull up so you write a little something on the inside 🙂

Everything you need comes in the kit.  It’s super easy to put together and took me, seriously, no more than 15 minutes to make 8 adorable cards!

Here’s the best part:  this whole kit is FREE!  Yes, really, FREE, with a $50 order!  I’ve already sent several of these cuties to friends.  The kit comes with full-sized envelopes so you just pop the card in an envelope and it’s ready to go!!

One reason I’m posting these today is because we are close to the end of Sale-a-Bration and we aren’t sure how long the Sale-a-Bration items will last.  If you like this kit, get it asap.  I don’t want you to miss out!

Thanks for stopping by today!

Go With Happiness! (GDP077)

Today’s card is a fun watercolor for the Global Design Project Challenge.  It’s a color challenge and below you can see the colors we are to use.

For my free choice color I picked Mint Macaron Glimmer Paper (love!).  It’s a bit hard in the photo to tell the difference between the Bermuda Bay flowers and the Mint Macaron Glimmer leaves, but look close and you’ll see it!

The pretty flower is from the So in Love stamp set and it’s heat embossed in white and then watercolored in detail using the Peekaboo Peach ink.  Here’s a close up:

The new little thing I did on this card is to add what looks like little water droplets.  They are made using the Fine Tip Glue Pen and just leaving little drops to dry.  I’d seen this technique elsewhere and wanted to try it.  I kind of like it, what do you think?

The sweet sentiments on the inside and outside of the card are from the Swan Lake stamp set.  I like sets with coordinating sentiments…they do all the work for you, right?

Thank you for stopping by today!  I’d love it if you would leave me a comment ~ I like comments 🙂  And please pop over to see what others have done at the Global Design Project.

Simple & Suite!

Clean and simple, that’s what this card is all about.  It’s actually powerful~one sentiment in a very pretty font, stamped in a striking color.

Just a few enamel dots are added for interest.  But the sentiment does all the work.  I mean, really, wouldn’t you love to receive this card?

Pretty Pointer:  Choose a sentiment you love, one with a pretty font.  Stamp it in a different color, not black.  Add some classic-looking embellishments~just a few.  Enamel dots are perfect!

Thanks for stopping by today!

Pretty Thank You Tags!

Stampin'Up! Avant Garden Stamp Set, Sale-a-Bration 2017, Thank You Tags, handstamped, #peggynoe #prettypapercards

When my customers place an order with me they always get something special and handmade from me. This month they are receiving a pretty thank you tag like the ones above!

Stampin'Up! Avant Garden Stamp Set, Sale-a-Bration 2017, Thank You Tags, handstamped, #peggynoe #prettypapercards

These tags are CASE’d from a sample I saw in a Stampin’ Up! magazine.  As demonstrators we receive a bi-monthly magazine with ideas for great creations and I saw this tag and loved it.  I changed it up just a bit and used a different washi tape.

Stampin'Up! Avant Garden Stamp Set, Sale-a-Bration 2017, Thank You Tags, handstamped, #peggynoe #prettypapercards

The pretty flowers are from the Sale-a-Bration stamp set called Avant Garden.  You may notice that one of the tags is lighter than the other one.  That’s because I stamped the flowers in Archival Black ink on one tag, and used Pear Pizzaz ink on the other one.  It really gives a different look, doesn’t it?  Then I colored in the flowers with some Rich Razzleberry and Sweet Sugarplum ink.

So, don’t you love these flowers?  Well, the only way to get this stamp set is by placing a $50 order with Stampin’ Up!  And, here’s the best part, when you place that order, the Avant Garden stamp set is…FREE! Yes, totally FREE!  That’s the wonderful thing about Sale-a-Bration:  FREE PRODUCTS!

If you want this stamp set, just CLICK HERE to go straight to my store, choose $50 in fabulous products (before shipping and taxes), and add this item (Number 143272) to your order.  It will be FREE!!

May I suggest for your order:  the 2″ Circle Punch (Item No. 133782) for $18, the Scallop Tag Topper Punch (Item No. 133324) for $23, Archival Basic Black Ink (Item No. 140931) for $7, and the Floral Bouquet Designer Washi Tape (Item No. 141664) for $5.  That adds up to $53 !!!  Add the Avant Garden set FOR FREE!! and you’re good to go!

Thank you for stopping by today, and have fun shopping!

Pop of Pink!

Pop of Pink is one of my favorite designer series papers!  All of the Stampin’ Up! papers are two-sided which means you have lots of patterns to choose from.  The sheet I’m using today has classic black and white dots on one side ~ a great background for any design.  Not only does this paper have black and white designs, but also the bright pink called Melon Mambo.

Because Stampin’ Up! has card stock that coordinates with all the designer series papers, it was easy to grab some Melon Mambo card stock and use it for this pretty die-cut flower.

This flower is from the Special Reason bundle.  The bundle includes both the dies and the stamp set, everything you need to make a fabulous card!

Pretty Pointer:  Sometimes after you’ve run a die through the Big Shot, it’s fun to leave some of the pieces IN the paper. This adds a bit of interest to your creation!

Thanks for stopping by today!  Happy stamping!!

Soft Valentine from a Friend!

Sometimes I receive lovely cards in the mail, and today I want to share one with you!  This card was made by my friend and downline, Su Mohr!

Su is a master at using designer series paper, and you can tell by the way she’s used it on this card.

The die cut “love” is from the Sunshine Wishes Thinlits.  I “love” the Blushing Bride card stock she’s used here.  So sweet!

Thank you, Su, for the wonderful Valentine!

Pals Blog Hop: Case the Catty!

2017badge-flamingo

Welcome to the Pals Blog Hop for February 2017. We are thankful you stopped by to take a look at our 2017 Blog Hop monthly themes.  This month we are CASE’ing a project shown in a current Stampin’ Up! catalog. After all, with the Annual, Occasions and Sale-a-Bration catalogs available right now, there is much inspiration from which to choose. We hope you enjoy our creations.

You may just be starting the Blog Hop or may have come from the previous link from the lineup on the Pals Blog Hop listing shown below.  The full lineup will help you move along from blog to blog so you may see all the projects.

Hop 3 best

What does “CASE the catty” mean anyway?  It means to make any project shown in any of the current Stampin’ Up! catalogs. I chose to used the Any Occasion stamp set and make a few of the cards shown in the Sale-a-Bration Catalog!  This darling stamp set is on pages 14 and 15 of the Sale-a-Bration Catalog (see the catalog at the end of this post!).  I cased (copied) one of the cards and then created a few cards which are similar to the ones shown in the photo.

Now, there are several fabulous things about this stamp set.  The first fabulous thing is that it’s F-R-E-E!! Yes, FREE with a $50 purchase!  Who can beat that?

Hop 3 clothespins

The second fabulous thing about this set is that is SO cute!  Oh my goodness, it’s darling!  The stamps are small and can fit anywhere (and small is cute, right?).  But also, I mean just look at the tiny gift box and bow stamps on the birthday card in the middle above.  And check out the little tassels on the thank you card.  Super cuteness!!

Hop Pink standing

And what do you think of the tiny lace on the baby card above?  It’s actually two stamps, the swoopy line is one stamp and the lace is another stamp!

Hop 3 standing row

And third, this set is crazy versatile!  I’ve counted, and there are at least 7 types of cards that you could make from this one stamp set.  Wow!  20 different stamps come in the set and you just mix and match ~ how great is that?

Hop tu flat

The products used on these cards are listed for you below, along with a link to the Sale-a-Bration Catalog so you can browse!

Thanks for visiting!  To continue with the hop, please refer to the Blog Hop Line-up below. We hope to see you on next month’s Pals Blog Hop!
