Hello Shaker envie

Shaker card!  Yeah!  This is similar to a card I made a few weeks ago.  My card classes requested that we make a shaker card in class, so I came up with this one which is just a bit different from my last one.

The little fish from the Jar of Love stamp set is too cute I just had to feature him in the jar!  The flowers and leaves are from the Awesomely Artistic stamp set.  In class we fussy cut the flowers and glued them on the front so that they would overlap the jar.  This was actually the hardest part of the card!

Stampin’ Up!’s Foam Adhesive Strips were the key to making the shaker part of the card.   We also used Stampin’ Up! Window Sheets for the see-through window.

Hello Shaker cu fishYou know, when I put the sequins in the card and sealed it up and finished the card, I just got a huge smile on my face!  Shaker cards just make me happy!  And that’s what happened in my classes ~ when everyone finished their cards and shook them and saw the sequins fluffing all around the little fish ~ they got so excited!  All the fussy cutting was worth it!!
