Today’s cards combine two great stamp sets: Painted Harvest and Honey Bee. And these sets together make beautiful backgrounds for any sentiment. The video below shows you how to do it!
It’s so much fun to use different colors with the same stamps. You can see the different looks below ~ bright, subtle… Painted Harvest is a wonderful stamp set for any season.
I think of all the cards, the one above with the bright light yellow called Pineapple Punch is my favorite. It’s very light. We’ve been having lots of cloudy rainy days here and I’m waiting for our beautiful sunny San Diego weather 🙂
The purple card above was watercolored with an Aqua Painter, as shown in the video. You can see how much brighter the leaves look. And you notice that the paper is different, it has more texture. This is the Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper. Just using a different paper gives a completely different look to the card.
This is one of my favorite stamp sets of all time. It’s a classic that we all need in our stamp collection, and these cards today prove that. It’s beautiful in any color!
