Today’s card features some of the new 2021-2023 In Colors, as well as a retiring stamp set. It’s that time of year when we have “in with the new and out with the old. “So this post has a beautiful retiring stamp set that I have loved, and a fun technique using NEW colors 🙂
Here’s a video showing the fun technique with embossing folders:
Pale Papaya is such a gorgeous color, and the deep Evening Evergreen color looks great with it. Together they make such a great combination! The 2021-2023 In Color Jewels add just the right bling. On this card I used the Pale Papaya colored jewels.
Across the center of the card is a 4-1/4″ x 1-1/4″ piece of Pale Papaya cardstock topped with a 4-1/4″ x 1″ piece of Basic White cardstock. The Basic White piece is stamped with leaves in Evening Evergreen ink. A small strip of Pale Papaya cardstock was punched with the Basic Label Punch and adhered with Multipurpose Glue. Then the “hello” sentiment was stamped in Evening Evergreen, fussy cut and then popped up on a Stampin’ Dimensional.
This is the same card made a little differently. The Basic White strip across the center of the card was stamped with the “Blessed” stamp, using Evening Evergreen ink and the leaves were stamped with Pale Papaya ink. Here I put on the Evening Evergreen jewels…don’t they look nice?
Thank you for stopping by today! Happy Stamping!
Below are the currently available Stampin’ Up! products used on today’s card. The Pale Papaya cardstock and ink, the Evening Evergreen ink, and the 2021-2023 In Color Jewels will be available for purchase beginning May 4, 2021.
