Are you ready? It’s time to start thinking about the holidays! And this is my first Christmas card of the season. Why? Because the new holiday Mini Catalog from Stampin’ Up! is being released to customers on August 3rd ~yippee! As a demonstrator, I’m was able to preorder items from this catalog, and today I want to show you the fabulous Gingerbread & Peppermint Suite!
This is such a fun suite. The stars and bell that you see on this card were cut by the Gingerbread Dies from the Gingerbread & Peppermint 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper. This paper is adorable, and I love that you can cut out the images with the dies!
The sentiments in this stamp set are super cute! I mean, “sending you peppermint kisses” ~ don’t you love it? The stamp set also has several peppermint candy stamps. I’ve used some on the front of this card, but I stamped off once to make them a bit lighter in color.
At the bottom of this card is a border cut from the Gingerbread Dies. It’s a great border and was cut from a piece of the Gingerbread & Peppermint Designer Series Paper. I can see using this border on many other cards.
