Sparkly Poinsettia!

Poinsettias are the Christmas flower, and today’s card features this beautiful flower with some sparkle! The Poinsettia Petals Stamp Set and Dies have been carried over from last year ~ yippee!

I’ve added a few sneak peeks to today’s card. You know that the July-December Holiday Mini Catalog goes live on August 3rd, and my goal is to show you lots of sneak peeks before that date 🙂 The leaves behind the flower are die cut from the brand NEW Sale-a-Bration FREE Be Dazzling Specialty Paper. Oh my goodness, do I love this sparkly paper!! I used the Forever Flourishing Dies to cut two groups of dazzling leaves!! I also used this dazzling paper to die cut the center of the poinsettia.

Below is a replay of last Friday’s Facebook Live where I created this card. It will show you step-by-step how to make it.

The card base is Evening Evergreen cardstock, and then I’ve adhered a panel of the BRAND NEW Painted Christmas Designer Series Paper from the new catalog. The design of this paper looks like flying evergreen branches! 🙂

A large scalloped circle of Evening Evergreen cardstock is then adhered on the lower left side of the card. The leaves and the poinsettia are adhered to the circle over a doubled piece of Gold Shimmer Ribbon. The sentiment was then stamped on Basic White cardstock using Real Red ink, and adhered to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I love this card because it’s traditional with a touch of modern, and it has two wonderful new products that add “bling”!

When you reserve a product share with me, I will order the new ribbons and paper from the new 2021 Stampin’ Up! Holiday (July-December) Mini Catalog, cut them up, package them, label them, and ship them to you so that you have a sampling of all of the new ribbons and papers listed in this post.  This is usually about 1/4th the cost of purchasing all of the new ribbon spools and paper packs yourself. This way you can see, feel, touch and use the paper and reorder your favorites in my online store.

How Do You Reserve Your Product Shares?

1. Reserve your Product Shares by emailing me at peggy@prettypapercards.com. Please put SHARES in the subject line. In the email let me know if you want the RIBBON SHARE or the PAPER SHARE or BOTH, and include your first and last name and your mailing address.
2. I will reserve your share and on July 28, 2021, I will email you a PayPal Invoice; if you prefer I also take Venmo.
3. Deadline to RESERVE and PAY is August 2, 2021.

*if you don’t have PayPal account, you can pay the invoice with ANY credit or debit card when you receive the invoice

Schedule

• On July 28, 2021, I will email a PayPal Invoice (or contact you regarding Venmo) to everyone who has reserved a share
• August 2, 2021: deadline to pay
• August 3: I will order all the ribbons and paper
• As soon as I receive the paper and ribbons from Stampin’ Up! I will cut, label, bag and package all shares
• I will start shipping shares as soon as possible (assuming there are no backorders)
