The beautiful Positive Thoughts stamp set is another retiring stamp set. Lots of stamp sets are already sold out – what? It’s true, they are going fast. And I want to be sure that you have the opportunity to see everything that’s still available!
The leaves stamp in this set is so gorgeous. Here it’s been stamped off once before stamping on the Basic White cardstock using Granny Apple Green ink. I stamped it full strength once. Can you see the difference?
The butterfly was stamped three times on Basic White cardstock, twice using Gorgeous Grape ink and once using Highland Heather ink. They were colored with Watercolor Pencils, lightly at the ends and more intensely on the body of the butterfly. The butterflies were then fussy cut with Paper Snips Scissors.
Sequins were adhered all around with tiny dots of glue. Actually they looked gold before I put them on the card, but the camera makes them look a bit more orange. They really add bling to the butterflies 🙂
