Queen Bee Card!

Oh boy! I am in love with this beautiful new Queen Bee Bundle! I really like bee stamps, and this set has some shabby chic elements too 🙂

The card base is Soft Sea Foam cardstock with a layer of the pretty Dainty Flowers (FREE during Sale-a-Bration!) Designer Series Paper.

The main background layer is a piece of Basic White cardstock embossed with the (fabulous!) Hive 3D Embossing Folder. After embossing, the layer was colored with Polished Pink ink and a Blender Brush. The center was colored more darkly in a circle format. A circle of vellum was then placed over the colored circle.

The bee was stamped in Crumb Cake ink and then lightly watercolored. Vellum wings were then layered over the watercolored wings. Die-cut leaves and small pieces of honeycomb were added, along with gold Simply Elegant Trim and gold sequins.
