SNEAK PEEK: Creativity Now Cards!

This past weekend I attended the virtual Creativity Now Event by Stampin’ Up! It was a demonstrator-only event and we got to see previews of new products from the Holiday Mini Catalog, order a new Bundle from that catalog early (!!!!), make 3 projects with that Bundle, and hear background/inside information about Stampin’ Up! It was SO MUCH FUN!!

The new stamp set we were able to order and use is called the Translucent Floral Bundle. It’s fabulous! And they walked us through the creation of three beautiful cards using this Bundle! For the card at the top of this post, we colored the back of the vellum and then cut it out with the floral dies to create the gorgeous flowers!

For the above card, I went a bit off script and used the Fern 3D Embossing Folder, inked the inside of the folder with a coordinating stamp pad, and ran it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. I love the way it came out!

For the above card we used the Deckled Rectangle Dies to create an interesting layering effect on the front of the card!

Here’s a picture of me holding the three cards we made. My downline, Robin Daus (Dr. Robin) came over and we watched the virtual presentation together. It was SO MUCH FUN!
