NEW VIDEO: Sending Cheer Gingerbread Man Card!

Ooh, I just love gingerbread men! It’s funny because I don’t “love” gingerbread cookies, but I love looking at gingerbread men on cards and everywhere! What about you? How do you feel about gingerbread…the cookie and the gingerbread man?

For this card I’ve used a card base of Copper Clay cardstock – one of my current favorite colors. On top of that is a beautiful piece of the Traditions of St. Nick Designer Series Paper. This is such a GORGEOUS paper! The fronts of the sheets are gorgeous patterns and the backs of each sheet are beautiful brocade-looking designs.

This card uses a beautiful red brocade design that is cut with the largest Scalloped Contour Die. This is glued to the Copper Clay card base. Then a piece of a pretty pattern with gingerbread men, candy canes, and cups of hot chocolate is tied with a red ribbon and then adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the red brocade piece.

On top of this fun Designer Series Paper are two gingerbread men stamped from the Sending Cheer Stamp Set. Aren’t they darling?? Their little heart buttons are colored in with Real Red Stampin’ Blend Alcohol Markers, and their cute faces are stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.

They are adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals so that their little hands are together…it looks like they are holding hands!

The sentiment is stamped in Cherry Cobbler ink on a scrap of Basic White cardstock and fussy cut with Paper Snips. A tiny candy cane was cut out of a scrap of the Designer Series Paper and adhered with a Mini Glue Dot to the center of the ribbon bow. I just LOVE this card!!
