This adorable banner was on my blog back in September, but it’s so cute and I wanted to show it to you again before Christmas! It’s not hard to make and would be great anywhere in your home!
You can find this banner on page 8 of the Holiday Catalog. I liked it so much I wanted to make one for myself. You know, one of the best ways to learn stamping is to copy some of the projects that are shown in the catalog! The Stampin’ Up! designers create some absolutely amazing things and I always learn when I “try” to copy their work!
You can make this easy banner by cutting strips of designer series paper 2-1/2″ wide x 4″ long. Then you just decorate your little strips! The Under the Mistletoe Designer Series Paper has some really pretty plaids that are great for this banner.
The letters were cut with the Large Letters Framelits. If you don’t have these dies, I highly recommend you get them ~ they are so useful!
Large Letters Framelits
I’ve used these for birthdays and anniversaries ~ and banners!
My favorite thing about these cute little rectangles is the adorable doilies at the top of each piece. They are created using the Detailed Baubles Thinlits Dies! This die set has a doily in it ~ love, love!! I got this die set JUST because of the doily die!! (Is that bad??)
And because these dies are not carrying over after December 31, right now they are 25% OFF!! The discounted price is $23.25 ~ if you want them, this is the time, before they are gone completely!
Detailed Bauble Thinlits
These dies are part of the Year-End Closeout! CLICK HERE to see the list of items that will retire and not be returning. Some are discounted and some are not – but ALL are retiring, so get what you want while supplies last!
Thank you for stopping by today! Let me know what you think of today’s project, I love your comments!
