Flowers for Every Season Tags!

Flowers for Every Season Tags Pretty Paper Cards

Tags are so much fun to make! They’re like little mini cards, smaller and quicker to make…but oh so cute! Today’s tags are created with our beautiful new In Colors and the Flowers for Every Season 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper. These colors look so nice together!

Tag Flowers for Every Season Peggy Noe

To create these tags, begin with a 4-1/4″ x 2″ piece of the card stock of your choice. Punch one end with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch. Cut a 3-1/2″ x 1-3/4″ piece of the Flowers for Every Season paper and adhere it to the tag using Multipurpose Glue.

Using the squared-off side of the Lovely Labels Pick a Punch, punch a 1″ x 3-1/4″ piece of coordinating card stock on each end. Adhere to the tag with Multipurpose Glue.

Cut a 3/4″ x 3″ piece of Whisper White card stock. Stamp with the “wildly grateful” sentiment from the Lovely You stamp set. Punch each end of the strip with the more detailed side of the Lovely Labels Pick a Punch, and adhere over the card stock label with Stampin’ Dimensionals. If you like, add a little In Color Enamel Dot.

Cut a 4″ piece of In Color Ribbon and run it through the hole at the top of the tag. Tie together in a bow with some Linen Thread.

Easy Lovely You Thank You Note!

Lovely You Stampin' Up! Pretty Paper Cards

No more sneak peeks! The catalog is now live and I can show you everything! Yippee! And we are starting with an thank you note!

Who doesn’t love easy thank you notes? The Lovely You stamp set is sweet, it has delicate graphics and wonderful sentiments with great fonts. I predict it will be one of my most used sets 🙂

For today’s card I used the 5″ x 3-1/2″ note cards and coordinating envelopes, which are just right for thank you’s. A 2″ x 3-1/4″ piece of Whisper White card stock was stamped with a few of the images using Mint Macaron and (stamped off) Rococo Rose ink. The piece was adhered to the lower-right side of the front of the note card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I just love this “wildly grateful” sentiment!! A 3″ x 3/4″ strip of Mint Macaron card stock was stamped with the sentiment in Rococo Rose ink, and clipped on one end with the Tailored Tag Punch to create the flagged end. It was then adhered to the Whisper White piece, also using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Easy, right?

Celebrate Sunflowers Card Pretty Paper Cards

This card showcases the absolutely beautiful Celebrate Sunflowers Bundle. Two of the large sunflowers were cut from Whisper White card stock. The first one was tied onto a 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Whisper White card stock that was embossed with the Subtle Embossing Folder. Daffodil Delight Ruched Ribbon was used to tie the flower on. Then the second sunflower was cut in half and trimmed so that each half fit under the top and bottom of the tied flower. These halves were tucked under the whole flower and adhered with Multipurpose Glue.

The flower center was die cut from Whisper White card stock and adhered in the center of the flower with a Stampin’ Dimensional, and a bow of the Daffodil Delight ribbon was adhered on the center with Mini Glue Dots.

SNEAK PEEK: Life’s a Beautiful Journey!

World of Good Stampin' Up! Peggy Noe

The new suite called World of Good is different, and fun, and pretty, and imaginative. It’s interesting and that’s why I like it. It causes you to dream. It reminds me of an old world and a new world. And what I’m showing you today is just the tip of the iceberg of what can be done with this suite.

World of Good Card Stampin' Up! Peggy Noe

For today’s card I’ve used a piece of the World of Good Specialty Designer Series Paper. It looks like an old letter or manuscript. And I love the inkwell and the feather pen. I really don’t know much about the signing of the Declaration of Independence, but for some reason I picture this type of pen and ink 🙂

World of Good Card Stampin' Up! Pretty Paper Cards

The script was created by running a piece of Very Vanilla card stock through the Scripty 3D Embossing Folder and then tearing off a piece the size that I wanted. The piece was then sponged with a sponge dauber and Crumb Cake ink to bring out the words and to make it look “old.” The left and right edges were then rolled to give the look of an old scroll.

World of Good Stampin' Up! Pretty Paper Cards

Let’s dream together…where would you like to go? What is your next adventure? In these interesting times it’s fun to think about going to other places and having new adventures! Leave me a comment and let me know 🙂
