I had a fabulous weekend with my team members. There were 8 of us (from my team of 32 Sweet Stampers) who were able to attend this great event in Las Vegas.I love the photo below and love my fabulous team!

I’m blessed to be a part of a much larger group of demonstrators under the leadership of Mary Fish. This year Mary was named #1 in the WORLD of all 50,000+ Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators! Wow! Mary is in the center in the photo below.

There were more than 40 people from Mary’s team who attended this event. Here are just a few of us! It’s so much fun to be a part of this larger group of kind and talented people. I’ve made some very good friends over the years with Stampin’ Up! and love each one of them!

Perfectly Pretty Christmas Trees!

Stampin' Up! Perfectly Plaid Card - Peggy Noe - stampinup

Today’s card is made with some of my favorite things 🙂 I started with some colors that I love: Melon Mambo and Mint Macaron. They aren’t really Christmas colors are they? But it’s interesting that they look so nice together.

Stampin' Up! Perfectly Plaid Card - Pretty Paper Cards - stampinup

Start with a Whisper White card base cut at 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″. A piece of the Subtles Designer Series Paper in Mint Macaron was cut at 4″ x 5-1/4″ and placed on the card base. On Melon Mambo card stock, stamp three trees from the Perfectly Plaid stamp set in Versamark Ink. Cover with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat with the Heat Tool. Punch out the embossed trees with the coordinating Pine Tree Punch, and adhere onto the Mint Macaron piece as shown above.

This is such a great bundle! Stamp the sentiment on a scrap piece of Whisper White card stock using Melon Mambo ink. Fussy cut the sentiment very close to the stamped image. Cut the stitched label from Whisper White card stock using the Stitched Labels Dies.

Some Rose Metallic Thread was added under the stitched label using the technique described in the video below. Metallic Thread is easy to use once you get the hang of it 🙂

Adhere the sentiment on top of the stitched label and your’ done! Enjoy making these fun Christmas cards!

Thank you so much for stopping by today!

More Babies: Hello Little One!

Stampin' Up! Little Elephant Baby - Peggy Noe - stampinup
Lots of babies are being born lately, and I’m right there with happy baby cards! And, Stampin’ Up! has everything I need to make my cards. In fact, this Little Elephant set is currently my only baby stamp set, but it’s so versatile that I can make a different card for each baby!

For today’s card I’ve used three stamps from the set, but I didn’t use an elephant 🙂 The stamps in this set are so cute. In addition to two elephants, one big and one small, there is a “thank you” heart, a bunch of balloons, a grouping of hearts, an umbrella, two tulips, and a darling tiny bird, plus seven sentiments!!

The lower front of the card was cut with a wavy edge die from the Magnolia Memory Dies. Underneath the wavy edge is a strip of Whisper White card stock stamped with the little hearts! Isn’t that cute?

Gingham adds to the sweetness of this card. It just says “baby” to me. This piece of gingham is from the Subtles 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper. The Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon adds to the delicate feel of this baby card.

I love to hear your comments! Please let me know what you think of today’s card 🙂

Sweet Christmastime Tags!

Stampin' Up! Christmastie is Here Suite Tags - Peggy Noe - stampinup

The Christmastime is Here Suite is SO versatile! Why? Because you can order any of the products in the suite separately! That means that if you only want the gorgeous Designer Series Paper, order it! But I will tell you that the entire suit is beautiful 🙂

Stampin' Up! Christmastime Tag - Pretty Paper Cards - stampinup

To create today’s tags, start with a piece of Mossy Meadow card stock cut at 4-1/2″ x 2,” and punched at the top with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch. Cut a 3-1/4″ x 2″ piece of the green patterned Christmastime is Here Designer Series Paper and adhere to the tag as shown. Cut a piece of Lovely Lipstick Grosgrain Ribbon 2″ long and adhere with Multipurpose Glue above the designer series paper.

The opposite side of the green designer series paper is clusters of roses. Fussy cut a small rose with leaves attached, set aside. Using the Leaf Punch, punch two clusters of leaves from Soft Sea Foam card stock. Using a bone folder, by hand score down the center of each leaf. Fold each leaf in half lengthwise along the score line. Sponge each leaf with some Golden Glitz Delicata Ink. Punch one cluster of leaves from Gold Foil. Using the Sprig Punch, punch two sprigs from Mossy Meadow card stock. Set aside.

Using the edge die from the Roses Dies, cut an edge piece from Gold Foil. Adhere the gold edge piece on the left side of the tag with Multipurpose Glue as shown. Adhere the leaves with Multipurpose Glue from the bottom up as shown, alternating and layering one on the other. After the glue has dried, adhere the rose using a Stampin’ Dimensional. Add a few Gold Glitter Enamel Dots for bling. Thread some Gold Shimmer Ribbon through the hole in the top of the tag, and tie a bow of Lovely Lipstick Grosgrain Ribbon around the Gold Shimmer Ribbon as shown.
