Peaceful Trees card made with the Pine Tree Punch and Joy Dies by Stampin' Up! designed by Peggy Noe of prettypapercards.com #joydies #pinetreepunch #peacecard

Here’s the replay from yesterday’s Facebook Live, with all the details for you!

In case you didn’t get the measurements:
The Whisper White card base is 8-1/2″ x 8,” scored at 4.”
The Just Jade card stock layer is 8-1/4″ x 3-3/4,”
And the Whisper White layer is 8″ x 3-1/2.”

Mask the Whisper White layer by laying the polka dot Decorative Mask over the lower portion of the Whisper White Layer. Lightly rub the Sponge Dauber with Just Jade ink over the masked portion of the Whisper White layer. Remove the mask and move it up to the top of the paper. Complete masking the upper portion of the Whisper White layer as you did the lower portion. Set the mask aside.

Distress the edges of the Just Jade layer with a Bone Folder and adhere to the card front with Multipurpose Glue; distress the masked Whisper White layer and adhere in the same manner. Tie Gold Twine around the center of the masked layer and tie in a bow at the front. Adhere to the Just Jade layer with Multipurpose Glue.

Punch three trees from the Flowers for Every Season paper using the Pine Tree Punch. Adhere two trees on the top portion of the card and one tree on the lower portion. Cut the word “joy” from a piece of Gold Foil using the Joy Dies; adhere to the card with tiny dots of Multipurpose Glue.

Hello Fabulous!

Hello Fabulous using Dressed to Impress Stamp Set by Stampin' Up! by Peggy Noe of prettypapercards.com #dressedtoimpress #hellofabulous

Today’s cards are some fun cards using watercolored backgrounds and the great “Hello Fabulous” sentiment from the Dressed to Impress stamp set.

Magenta Madness Hello Fabulous Watercolored background with Peony Dies by Stampin' Up! Bow Builder Punch

I made several cards in the same way and added a few different things to each card. Here a pretty bow was stamped with the Gift Wrapped stamp set and then punched with the Bow Builder Punch. The Posted for You Bundle was used to create the sweet bird postage stamp 🙂

Each of these cards is just slightly different. This one has a lovely heart frame cut with the Stitched Be Mine Dies. They were so much fun to make, spritzing the Shimmery White paper with water and then adding some ink and allowing it to move around the paper.

Gnome for the Holidays Stampin' Up!

Isn’t this just the cutest card? When I saw these gnome cards created by my friend and downline, Robin Daus, I had to show them to you!

She’s used the Gnome for the Holidays Stamp Set which is in the current August – December Mini Catalog from Stampin’ Up! It’s such a fun, whimsical set, and Robin has really done a great job with it!

The Christmas card below is adorable. I just love this little gnome holding the ornament! He’s been colored with Stampin’ Blends ~ look at the mistletoe on the end of his cap!

And here we have a tower of gnomes! 🙂

These card couldn’t be cuter! What do you think? Leave your comments for Robin below:

Warm Hugs for Christmas!

Handmade Christmas card using Stampin' Up! Warm Hugs Stamp Set by Peggy Noe of prettypapercards.com #christmascard #warmhugs

More holiday card ideas! Today’s card is quick and easy. All you need to do is choose your favorite holiday color! I’ve used Real Red, but you could use a green or blue…or my favorite – pink! (Pink can be used for holiday cards!) Start with a card base of your favorite color, 8-1/2′ x 5-1/2″ and scored at 4-1/4.”

Handmade Christmas card using Stampin' Up! Warm Hugs Stamp Set and Ornate Floral 3D Embossing Folder; by Peggy Noe of prettypapercards.com #christmascard #warmhugs

Add a piece of Whisper White card stock embossed with a pretty embossing folder. Here I’ve used the Ornate Floral 3D Embossing Folder. After embossing, very lightly sponge the top of the Whisper White piece with a Sponge Dauber, using the ink that matches your card base. Adhere this layer to the card base using Multipurpose Glue.

Punch a circle from Real Red card stock (or your color of choice) using a 2″ Circle Punch. Cut a branch of leaves from a coordinating green card stock using the Forever Flourishing Dies. Here I’ve used Just Jade card stock. Adhere the circle to the lower right side of the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Tuck the base of the leaves under the circle and adhere with dots of glue. Stamp the sentiment from the Warm Hugs stamp set on a 1/2″ piece of Whisper White card stock using Real Red ink. Clip a flagged end on the right side of the strip using Paper Snips. and adhere the strip to the circle with Multipurpose Glue.
