The Christmastime is Here Suite is SO versatile! Why? Because you can order any of the products in the suite separately! That means that if you only want the gorgeous Designer Series Paper, order it! But I will tell you that the entire suit is beautiful 🙂
To create today’s tags, start with a piece of Mossy Meadow card stock cut at 4-1/2″ x 2,” and punched at the top with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch. Cut a 3-1/4″ x 2″ piece of the green patterned Christmastime is Here Designer Series Paper and adhere to the tag as shown. Cut a piece of Lovely Lipstick Grosgrain Ribbon 2″ long and adhere with Multipurpose Glue above the designer series paper.
The opposite side of the green designer series paper is clusters of roses. Fussy cut a small rose with leaves attached, set aside. Using the Leaf Punch, punch two clusters of leaves from Soft Sea Foam card stock. Using a bone folder, by hand score down the center of each leaf. Fold each leaf in half lengthwise along the score line. Sponge each leaf with some Golden Glitz Delicata Ink. Punch one cluster of leaves from Gold Foil. Using the Sprig Punch, punch two sprigs from Mossy Meadow card stock. Set aside.
Using the edge die from the Roses Dies, cut an edge piece from Gold Foil. Adhere the gold edge piece on the left side of the tag with Multipurpose Glue as shown. Adhere the leaves with Multipurpose Glue from the bottom up as shown, alternating and layering one on the other. After the glue has dried, adhere the rose using a Stampin’ Dimensional. Add a few Gold Glitter Enamel Dots for bling. Thread some Gold Shimmer Ribbon through the hole in the top of the tag, and tie a bow of Lovely Lipstick Grosgrain Ribbon around the Gold Shimmer Ribbon as shown.

Hey there, pumpkin! I just love this sentiment 🙂 It’s such a fun thing to say! Today’s project uses the new Harvest Hellos Bundle (available tomorrow!!!). The Bundle includes the stamp set and a super-fun pumpkin punch. I mean, who has a pumpkin punch? Oh, I do!!!
The tag base is a 2″ x 4-1/2″ piece of Soft Sea Foam card stock, punched at the top with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch. The sentiment is stamped in Gray Granite ink on a scrap piece of Petal Pink card stock and punched with the Classic Label Punch. The pumpkin is stamped in the same manner and punched with the NEW Pumpkin Punch.
The leaves are stamped in Mossy Meadow ink on Gray Granite and Mossy Meadow card stock and fussy cut. The stem of the pumpkin is stamped in Mossy Meadow ink on Gray Granite card stock and also punched with the Pumpkin Punch. Adhere the pumpkin to the tag with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Then stamp the curly cues on the tag itself with Mossy Meadow ink – aren’t they darling?
Today’s project is a sweet decorated journal! If you’re like me, you like pretty journals 🙂 I have quite a few and just love each one! Stampin’ Up! has some small journals that are just begging to be decorated ~ so, of course I had to oblige! And, I made a video to show you how I did it.
The Pressed Petals Journal is such a nice size. And because it’s small, it’s easy to decorate. You will love the way the inside pages are printed in different colors and with different patterns on the pages!
The Pressed Petals Washi Tape is really fun. Do you see the roll of purplish (Rich Razzleberry) washi tape below on the right side of the photo? It’s really individual petals that peel off and you can place them wherever you want! Totally fun! You can see that I’ve placed 5 of them in and around the stamped flowers below. I love the depth of color that they add.
Here is a close up of the inside front cover of the journal. As described in the video, a tiny envelope was created with another sheet of the Pressed Petals Designer Series Paper and using the Envelope Punch Board. Inside is a small piece of Rococo Rose card stock stamped with the same sentiment that is on the front of the journal. It’s from the Flourishing Phrases stamp set and is stamped in Rich Razzleberry ink. The envelope flap is closed with two little metal roses from the Bird Ballad Trinkets. Each is adhered to the envelope with a Mini Glue Dot. A small bit of Linen Thread is secured around the lower flower so that when you close the flap of the envelope you can run the thread around the roses in the shape of a figure 8.
On the inside of the back cover of the journal I adhered one of the Stampin’ Up! 3″ x 3″ Whisper White envelopes. For this envelope I cut off the upper flap before securing it to the paper. The envelope is trimmed with a bit of Rococo Rose Linen Ribbon and a flower and some leaves stamped with the Beautiful Friendship stamp set. The flower and leaves were fussy cut with some Paper Snips and attached to the ribbon with a Stampin’ Dimensional.
A Pearlized Doily was. glued to a piece of Whisper White card stock. I then cut the paper close to the scallops of of the doily. This created a doily backed with card stock. I then stamped around the doily with the same flower and leaves used on the envelope. The “hello” sentiment was stamped on a scrap piece of Whisper White card stock and punched out with the 1-1/8″ Scallop Circle Punch. Adhere to the center of the doily with a Stampin’ Dimensional.
You could continue decorating every page of this journal!! Once you get started, it’s hard to stop! Most of the products used on today’s project are listed below.
I hope you’ve enjoyed today’s project. I’d love to be YOUR Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator! That happens when you simply place an order through my online store! I’ll see your order and email you right away. And, I’d be happy to answer your questions and help you in any way that I can 🙂
Thank you for stopping by today! Now go stamp a card!
Today’s project is quick and easy tags! I love making gift tags. When you have a gift to give, no need to give an entire card. Just tie on a tag! And, as stampers, we can create a tag in a color that coordinates with the gift and the gift wrapping!
This tag couldn’t be easier to make. You only need a few items! Start with a 4-1/2″ x 2″ strip of Whisper White card stock. Punch one end with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch – that creates the scallops at the top and punches a hole for the Linen Thread to slip through.
In addition to the Good Morning Magnolia stamp set, you need two different colors of ink. Here I’ve used Pretty Peacock and Terracotta Tile. Stamp the big magnolia stamp over the tag, making sure the center of the flower is on the tag. Then stamp the sentiment in the center at the bottom of the tag.
These are SO EASY to make, I made bunches!! Now, you could go further and color in the magnolias. But I think they are striking with just the stamp. It’s one of the prettiest stamps I’ve ever seen 🙂

The new Bird Ballad Suite is so sweet. I’ve only used it a few times but I just love it! I mean, how could you not like this precious little bird??
The purpose of sneak peeks is to give you an advance look at items you will find in Stampin’ Up!’s new 2019-2020 Annual Catalog. These items will be available to order on June 4th and, personally, I can’t wait for you to play with these fabulous products!
For today’s tags I used Pool Party card stock as a backing for a piece of Bird Ballad Designer Series Paper. This paper is so pretty it could even be used all by itself. For these tags I’ve added a piece of Whisper White card stock stamped with one of the bird stamps from the stamp set. The bird was then punched out with the Starburst Punch.
The “thank you” sentiment was stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on a little strip of Whisper White card stock. I “flagged” the end of the strip by cutting at angles toward the center of the end of the strip to create a little flag 🙂
These tags were used on bags of Stampin’ Up! products I gave to some of my customers. A hole was punched at the top center of the tag and some baker’s twine was run through so it could be tied onto the bags.
Keep watching my blog for more previews. In the meantime, don’t miss out on snatching up your favorite retiring items. You know they are only while supplies last! Click below to see all the items that are retiring!
Wow, that’s a mouthful, isn’t it…Tea Together Thank You Tags? 🙂 But it totally describes today’s project!
Do you ever make tags? They are so much fun to make because they are like little vignettes, you can create a story on a tag! The story of these tags is having a cup of hot tea with a friend, thanking them for something kind that they did.
These tags were inspired by a card on page 49 of the Occasions Catalog, and they use the Tea Together Stamp Set and the FREE Tea Time Framelits Dies from the Sale-a-Bration Catalog. Here’s a picture of my inspiration card from the catalog:
Tags are so easy to make when you use the Scallop Tag Topper Punch. It punches the scallops and the hole in a snap! Tranquil Tide card stock formed the base of my tags. On top of the base is another panel of Tranquil Tide card stock embossed with the Lace Dynamic Impressions Embossing Folder. You know this is my current favorite embossing folder 🙂
The teacup and the rose were both watercolored using an Aqua Painter on Shimmery White card stock. It really only took a minute or so to do the watercoloring.
The teacup and rose were adhered to the tag using Stampin’ Dimensionals. This lifts them up off the base and gives them dimension.
A sweet bow of White 5/8″ Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon was adhered with a glue dot, and a tiny butterfly cut with the Butterfly Beauty Thinlits Dies adds a bit of whimsy.
You can make lots of tags to tie on gifts or even to put on a card base to create a card. I used my tags as little thank you’s to those people who placed orders for my recent Paper & Ribbon Shares! They were shipped out in the mail and should be arriving as happy mail in inboxes this week!

Thank you for stopping by today! Have a great week!
