Daisies are sweet flowers aren’t they? Common and simple. Most people like daisies, and it just seems right that we would have a new set of daisy stamps. That’s the sneak peek I want to show you today 🙂
The first thing I wanted to stamp when I opened the set was a single daisy on a tall stem. But as soon as I did that, I had to stamp more!!
Did you know that daisies are found everywhere on earth except Antarctica? No wonder they are loved by so many! And they were named in the Old English “day’s eyes” because the flowers open at dawn! (I did a little googling!)
Now there’s another sneak peek on this card and it’s the scallop die that I used to cut the paper at the top. This scallop die is in a new die set called Seasonal Layers Thinlits. The set has so many fun dies, but this one caught my eye. I can tell you I’ll be using it a-lot!!
I’m so excited for June 2nd when the new catalog goes live! I can’t wait for all of you to play with these fun goodies!! Please know that I’ll be giving you many more sneak peeks between now and then so that you can start your wish list!
And speaking of flowers, I just have to show you the roses that are blooming in my garden! We’ve had so much rain here in Southern California this year that everything is just exploding! I wish I had some daisies too (maybe I should plant some!), but for now my roses are blooming like crazy! I just brought a pretty bouquet into the house the other day!
You know that with a new catalog coming, lots of items from the current catalog are retiring, and some are up to 50% off! Click HERE to see the good deals!

These little beauties are just too much fun! It’s amazing how card stock turns into flowers so quickly!
It all starts with the Succulent Framelit Dies. You die cut the flower pieces and start sponging the edges…by the time you layer the pieces on top of each other you have a gorgeous little succulent!
Do you believe this one started with Pool Party card stock? Soft Suede and Rich Razzleberry ink morph it into something very real looking! (You can see some of the Rich Razzleberry ink on my fingers!!)
They turned out so pretty that I had to make an arrangement! I had a little tiny pail I’d been saving for I don’t know what, and I stuffed it with some moss and just set the succulents on top! To make it permanent, I think I might stick the flowers to the moss with a hot glue gun…but that’s for another day.
You’ve got to try these! I was a bit hesitant at first, but they go together super-fast, so give them a try! And, right now you can get a special gift for your qualifying order. Go for it 🙂
Oh, I almost forgot, during the month of March I’m giving away a little something extra, so be sure to take advantage of that too! It’s a great time to get some Stampin’ Up!
Thanks for stopping by today!
All Products Stampin’ Up!
Paper: Pool Party, Old Olive, and Mint Macaron card stock

Sponge Daubers, Bone Folder
This is one of my favorite color combinations…Blackberry Bliss and Mint Macaron, I love it!! Remember, the current 2014-2016 In Colors are only available until May 31, 2016. After that they are discontinued, and that includes Blackberry Bliss! If you like, or maybe LOVE this color, be sure to stock up now.
And, I admit it, I’m still playing with the Grateful Bunch stamp set and coordinating punch. I just can’t put them down 🙂 We made this card at my stamp classes over the weekend. I’ve used almost every stamp in the set on this card. Each one is so pretty! Ok, I love the lace border stamp (love). And the butterfly stamp, I think it’s the most realistic and detailed butterfly stamp I’ve seen.
I used this sentiment because it’s sweet and would be a good sentiment for a Mother’s Day card, or any card for that matter. The font is so cute and fresh 🙂
As we approach a new yearly catalog being released on June 1st, we wait to see what products will be retired from the existing catalog. Be watching for the Retiring List to come out soon. As soon as it does come out I’ll let you know!

THE WEEKLY DEALS
For You. Such a great sentiment. You can use it for anything: birthday, sympathy, hello, Valentine’s Day, anything!! Add some gorgeous flowers and you have the perfect card!
So I love these flowers. They are made using the Botanical Builder Framelit Dies. I love the way they cut the petals right out leaving a little flower frame. Then you just pop those insides up for these fabulous 3-D flowers! There are also dies for the centers of the flowers. And, what do you think about these lacy leaves? Everything you see is created with the Botanical Builder Framelits and the Botanical Blooms stamp set ~ a fabulous bundle offered by Stampin’ Up!
Today a group of stampers are getting together and each of us is bringing a card for everyone to make. This is the card I’m bringing ~ along with all the supplies to make it. I really wanted to show my friends this fabulous set. Now each person is bringing a card for the others to make, so I’ll come home with quite a few pretty cards, and I’m hoping to post them here for you to see!

Welcome to the Pals Blog Hop for January 2016. We are thankful you stopped by to take a look at our new 2016 Blog Hop monthly themes. This month we are showcasing projects using Stampin’ Up! products featuring a theme from any of the following: Valentine’s Day; Thinking of You; Get Well; or Sympathy. All of these themes come “From the Heart.” We hope you enjoy our creations.
You may just be starting the Blog Hop or may have come from the previous link from the Line-up on the Pals Blog Hop listing shown below. The full lineup will help you move along from blog to blog so you may see all the projects.
Today I’m continuing “Pink Week” here on my blog, a week where every card is PINK (my favorite color)! This card could be either a Valentine or a Thinking of You card, or even Birthday.
The Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper is my new favorite. It has beautiful, beautiful patterns, and for this card I’ve used both sides of one of the papers. I cut out one of the pretty flowers and raised it up on Stampin’ Dimensionals to give a 3-D effect. The little bird is tucked in behind the flower, sitting on a gathered Tea Lace Doily.
Do you see the row of tiny hearts? This darling stamp is from the Birthday Blooms stamp set. I’ll be using this stamp a lot! And, what do you think of the sparkly Pool Party Glitter Ribbon? Daar-ling!!
Thanks for visiting. To continue with the hop, please refer to the Blog Hop Line-up below. We hope to see you on next month’s Pals Blog Hop!
