Today I started playing with the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set. I can’t believe I haven’t used this set! The flowers are gorgeous, and there are lots of them! This is a photopolymer set with 37 stamps ~ can you believe it?
How do you keep track of 37 photopolymer stamps? Well, I made a video with a little hint to help you! I also have some news about an upcoming trip I’m making. Watch the video to find out!
So now that you’ve got your photopolymer stamps organized, let’s find out how to make this tag!
The tag itself was cut with an adorable tag framelit from the Sweet Cake Framelits Dies. I really LOVE this tag framelit. You can use the tags on gift packages, bags, anything! Actually I made several for some gifts I’m giving 🙂
The “Thank You” sentiment is from the Petal Palette stamp set. I like the bold font. The tassels are from the Sweet Soiree Embellishment Kit and add just a bit of fun to the tags. Silver Baker’s Twine attaches the tassels to the tag and also gives a pretty way to attach the tag to the gift!
This set also comes with coordinating framelits at a bundle discount! See the bundle in the products section at the bottom of this post 🙂
Special April Offer!
For every order of the Beautiful Bouquet Stamp Set this month (April), I will send you a set of 3 tags made with this set, along with a pdf tutorial with instructions for making the tags! Place your order, designating me as your demonstrator, and I will send you the tags and email you the pdf tutorial!! (When you order, be sure you don’t check the box that says “No Contact” or I won’t be able to contact you!)
Welcome to the Pals Feburary 2018 Blog Hop. Our theme this month is “Case the Catty”. The Stampin’ Pretty Pals will copy or remake projects from any of the current Stampin’ Up! catalogs and brochures. After all, who doesn’t CASE (Copy and Share Everything) once in a while. You may be just starting or hopped over from another Pal. In either case you’ll find the line-up toward the end of my post to help you move along.
For my project I cased the cover of the Sale-a-Bration Catalog. I love the “for you” tag on the cover and really wanted to learn how to make it!
It’s actually made using the Lots of Lavender stamp set. I was so intrigued with the way the whole lavender bundle was colored in green, I had to figure out how they did it! It took a bit of experimenting but I finally discovered that the lavender flowers were watercolored with Lemon Lime Twist ink and the leaves were watercolored with Emerald Envy ink. I used an aquapainter to apply the color. When the water was dry I fussy cut the bundle with my Paper Snips.
The flowers are from the same stamp set. They are a part of another one of the stamps and the flower was cut out from the center of the stamped image. I stamped and cut three flowers, just like the sample I was casing.
The sentiment is from another Sale-a-Bration stamp set called Happy Wishes. It’s stamped with Bermuda Bay ink, a nice contrast to the other colors used on the tag. Remember, these Sale-a-Bration stamp sets are FREE with your order of $50 or more!
Thank you so much for hopping with the Stampin’ Pretty Pals today. Please take a minute to mark your calendar for our next hop on March 14, 2018. Now hop along using the Blog Hop Line-up below. Don’t forget to leave us a comment. We really like that!
By now you probably know that this is my absolute favorite suite in the Holiday Catalog. I can’t help myself, I keep finding more ways to use it!!
These tags are quick and easy to make. The beautiful sunflower is simply fussy cut from the Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper. The green stripes are also one of the papers from that set. I added a few Garden Green card stock leaves punched out with the Leaf Punch.
My favorite way to make tags is to cut a piece of card stock (in this case, Very Vanilla) and cut it to 2″ x 4.” I slip one end of that piece into the Scallop Tag Topper Punch and it perfectly punches the top of the tag. Boom, you have a tag! The sentiment on these tags is from the Painted Harvest stamp set. I simply stamped it on a 1″ wide piece of Very Vanilla card stock and punched one end with the Triple Banner Punch.
These are going to be darling tied on hostess gifts or little loaves of pumpkin bread. That’s what I have in mind for Thanksgiving…each person will receive a little mini loaf of pumpkin bread with this sweet tag! I’m excited!
I sure love to hear from you! Leave me a comment HERE and I’ll send you an email response!!
Did you know that when you shop with me you receive Pretty Paper Rewards? I wish I could send you one of these yummy cupcakes, but I do have some very special rewards for you!

The beautiful colors on these tags just make me think of a spring garden! They tags are bright and fresh and a little bit shabby chic. And they are full of new products! I made these tags for my customers this month. I love to tie a tag on their bags or slip a tag in the mail to those who order from my online store, Can you guess the new products used on these tags?
Alright, let’s look at a tag up close, from the bottom layer up:
The first/base layer is a 5″ x 2″ piece of Pool Party card stock punched at the top with the Scallop Tag Topper Punch (couldn’t live without this punch!). The background stamp here is from a set called Background Bits and it’s a Host Set (to qualify to get this set you need to order $150 or more).
Next is a circle of Peekaboo Peach card stock punched with the new Starburst Punch and embossed with embossing paste using a Pattern Party Decorative Mask. As soon as I spread the embossing paste, and while the stencil/mask was still down, I used a sponge dauber and a bit of Berry Burst ink, lightly sponging the embossing paste. Then I removed the mask and voila ~ gorgeous!
A part of a Tea Lace Doily is gathered up and stapled to a strip of the Naturally Eclectic Designer Series Paper. A single leaf of Lemon Lime Twist card stock and die cut with the Eclectic Layers Thilits is layered on top of a strip of the Naturally Eclectic Designer Series Paper. Then to top if all off, a piece of Pool Party card stock was punched with the 1-1/2″ Circle Punch and the words “Thank You” were assembled with the Labeler Alphabet!
A bit of Peekaboo Peach Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon was used to tie a sweet little bow. The bow was adhered onto the tag with a Mini Glue Dot. White Baker’s Twine was looped through the hole at the top of the tag for tying.
The Labeler Alphabet Photopolymer Stamp Set Item No. 141936
The Labeler Alphabet is a fabulous stamp set. It’s versatile, you can use it on any card and combine the letters to form the sentiment you want! For my tags I used Night of Navy ink to coordinate with the colors in the Naturally Eclectic dsp! Place an order in my online store during the month of June and I will send you separately one of these Spring Garden Tags! And, for every order of $50 or more, if you use the monthly Host Code, you will receive from me a FREE gift of a package of new Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals!
I’m really liking this new Lemon Lime Twist In Color. It’s so bright and fun — I just can’t stop using it!
Each month my local customers get handmade tags on their Stampin’ Up! bags. (My out-of-town customers get handmade thank you cards!) These are the tags I’m making for May! I would love for YOU to be my customer! Just place an order with me by CLICKING HERE. As soon as you place an order through me, you will become my customer and I will send you a personal handmade thank you card! (Please do not indicate “No Contact” or I won’t be able send you a card.)
The Scallop Tag Topper Punch I used on the top of these tags is one of my favorite punches. The scallops are so pretty and it automatically punches the little hole in the top of the tag! It’s a punch I’ll be keeping for a long time!
There’s a fabulous new stamp set in the new 2017-2018 Annual Catalog and it’s called Crafting Forever. It’s perfect for crafters. I love the sentiment I used here on the tags…love the sentiment and love the curly font!
I’m not kidding, start making your Wish List now if you haven’t already, because this new catalog has so many great new products!! Serious! Look at the gold scallops across the top of the tag. That’s a sticker from the Eastern Gold Vinyl Stickers!! How easy is it to just put a sticker on a tag or card? 🙂
If you need a new Annual Catalog, just email me at [email protected] and I’ll send one to you right away. It has so many samples and ideas for making great projects ~ you’ll love it!
