It’s here. The date may not quite be here yet, but fall has begun! No matter what the calendar says (9/23 is the “real” day), fall arrives after Labor Day and when the kids go back to school. The stores are full of school supplies and new clothes, routines start, and the rhythm begins again.
Oh, and a few more things!! Pumpkins appear everywhere and we can order Pumpkin Spiced Lattes! That’s why sweet cards with pumpkins decorating them are the ones to use now. Today’s card is perfect for this season – a bit understated and rustic. It just eases us into the change of weather and routine.
The new Spooky Nights designer series paper has some really cute pumpkins you can use on your card. Just fussy cut them out of the dsp and pop them on the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals. The adorable Vintage Crochet Trim is super pretty. I can’t keep my hands off of it! The phrase used for the repeated sentiment is a tiny stamp from the Teeny Tiny Wishes set. I simply repeated it over and over on the strip.
For the envelope I glued some of the coordinating paper on the flap. it always looks so nice 🙂
