Do you like decorating your home? I love decorating the inside of my home, and my front porch. I usually keep a wreath on my front door, and for the past year or so I’ve had a wreath with leaves and little soft white buds. They look like tiny cotton buds. For each season I’ve added some special trim to my wreath.
For Valentine’s Day I decided to hang a small heart banner across the center opening of the wreath. I cut the hearts using the large heart from the Lots to Love Box Framelits Dies, and I used the fabulous Painted With Love Specialty Designer Series Paper for the hearts.
I cut out several hearts (one is from plain Melon Mambo card stock) and clipped them onto some of the pretty Gold Love Mini Tinsel Trim with Gold Library Clips. Bling bling!! I simply tied the ends of the trim onto branches of the wreath. Easy!!
When we moved into our home we painted our front door black. It was a bold move but now I’m so glad we did it. It looks good, and everything I hang on my door looks great against the black!
