Today’s card is an amazing floating Christmas tree card! This is a fun technique which is new to me and I really wanted to show it to you.

Pieces of Soft Succulent cardstock, Evening Evergreen cardstock, and a piece of Fitting Florets Designer Series Paper were layered under a piece of Basic White cardstock. That piece was then embossed with the Merry Melody 3D Embossing Folder. It is such a pretty embossing folder and looks wonderful on any card!

The Window Sheets are such a great value…2 12″x12″ sheets for only $5! You can’t beat that!

To create the tree, cut a piece of Window Sheet material. Adhere 1/2″ strips of Fitting Florets Designer Series Paper across the Window Sheet using Multipurpose Liquid Glue, leaving about 1/8″ between each strip. Let the glue dry for about 5 minutes. Then cut the Window Sheet out with the tree outline die from the Twinkling Lights Dies.

The sentiment from the Peace to You Stamp Set was stamped in Evening Evergreen ink on a 3/4″ strip of Basic White cardstock. This is such a nice Christmas sentiment, I just love it!
