Ooh, yummy cake! I just love cake, don’t you? Especially red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting 🙂 Today’s card has just that!

The design for this card was inspired by this week’s Global Design Project Sketch Challenge:

The colors used here are Lemon Lolly and Sweet Sorbet. Behind the cake piece are two pieces of cardstock cut using the Scalloped Contour Dies. The flowers from the stamp set were fussy cut and arranged to look like they’re flowing down the side of the cake!

This stamp set is a “Distinktive” stamp set. That means shading is actually built into the stamp! It creates beautiful stamped images.
