Pretty Summer Splash Thank You Tag!

The new In Color Summer Splash is SO pretty! It really is a very summery color, and today I have for you some Summer Splash thank you tags. I personally use a lot of thank you cards and tags. How about you? Tags are fun to put on small thank you gifts or hostess gifts. This would be a darling tag to add to a hostess gift for a summer party 🙂

The actual tag here is a sneak peek! It’s Summer Splash cardstock cut with a –new– die from an Online Exclusive set called Greetings of the Season. This die set, and it’s coordinating stamp set, will be available on July 3rd. This particular tag is a nice size, that’s why I used it. Adhered to the front of the tag is a piece of Unbounded Beauty Designer Series Paper. It makes a nice background for the rest of the tag.

The main feature of the tag is the beautiful flower. Where does it come from? I embossed some Basic White Cardstock with the gorgeous Layered Florals 3D Embossing Folder. Wow! This is an amazing folder. Then I cut out the larger flowers with my Paper Snips Scissors and lightly colored them using a Blending Brush and Summer Splash ink.

The sentiment is from the My Small Business Photopolymer Stamp Set. It’s a great set for all papercrafters. I love the cute little sayings that you can add to your handmade projects.

The Summer Splash 3/8″ Bordered Ribbon was cut in half lengthwise and tied through the little hole in the tag. Then some Linen Thread was tied around the top of the tie, and a Shimmer Gem was added for bling!
