NEW VIDEO: Summer Mediterranean Blooms Card!

Today’s card is perfect for summer. It’s warm here and I just felt like making a summery lemon card. So I went right to the beautiful Mediterranean Blooms Designer Series Paper.

For the design of the card I used a template from page 22 of the new Annual Catalog. At the bottom of the page are 22 design templates that can help us with ideas for making cards. I chose the design with three strips on the front of the card.

For the little bird and the sentiment, I used the Country Birdhouse Bundle. Below is a replay of a video tutorial showing you exactly how to create this card.

The bird was colored in with Watercolor Pencils and set on a Lemon Lolly cardstock punched circle. A second circle was punched from a Night of Navy patterned sheet from the designer series paper.

This was such a fun card to make. I picture handing it to a friend while we are drinking lemonade:-)
