This fold is called the WV Fold – can you see why? Look at it from the top down and you can see that the card base forms a “W” and the – what I call the “overlap card” – forms a “V.” The card base is a standard 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ piece of Copper Clay cardstock, scored at 4-1/4.” Then you score each side in half at 2-1/8.” Fold those panels back and you have a 4-panel card base.

On the 4 panels you build layers. The first layer is a 1-7/8″ x 5-1/4″ panel of Early Espresso cardstock, and then a 1-5/8″ x 5″ piece of the All About Autumn dsp.

What I call the overlap card is a 6-3/4″ x 3″ piece of Early Espresso cardstock, scored at 3-3/8.” Each half is then layered with a Crushed Curry cardstock frame 3-1/8″ x 2-3/4,” and a 2-7/8″ x 2-1/2″ piece of the All About Autumn dsp.

The video shows you how to add the overlap card to the card base, and then you decorate the overlap card as you choose. You can create this card with any colors of cardstock and designer series paper that you like! It’s a fun and flashy card that’s sure to impress the recipient!
