Today I have for you a fun-fold card that is based on a card I received at my Backstage Card Swap. The swap I received was from my friend Beth McCullough, and it’s a Faux Side-Step Card. It’s a bit easier to make than a traditional side-step card.

To create this card I used the absolutely gorgeous Winter Meadow Suite Collection that will be available on September 6th. The items in this suite are so pretty, and I just love, love, love the colors! You can see each of these products up close in the video below 🙂

Here are the card measurements so that you can make this card yourself:

Card Base: Moody Mauve cardstock cut at 8″ x 5-1/2″ and scored at 3″ – 6″ – and 7″
Winter Meadow DSP cut at 5-1/4″ x 2-3/4″
Overlap Piece: Lost Lagoon cardstock cut at 6″ x 3″ and scored at 1-3/4″
Snowflake Magic Specialty Designer Series Paper cut at 4″ x 2-3/4″
Inside Basic White cardstock cut at 5-1/4″ x 2-3/4″

Give it a try! This will be a lovely Christmas card, and I’m just thinking of how nice it will look on a mantle! Whoever receives it will just love it!
