Day 2 of All About Autumn!

Here is another fun card made with the gorgeous All About Autumn Designer Series Paper. This particular sheet is one of my favorites in the whole package!

These two cards are pull-out cards. When you pull the card open from the left edge, it opens to reveal the full sheet of paper and the fall scene on that sheet.

Isn’t this pretty? To create this card, cut a standard card base (here I used Copper Clay cardstock) 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ and score at 4-1/4″ and then at 2-1/8.” Fold the card in half at the 4-1/4″ score line, and then fold the front of the card backwards on the 2-1/8″ score line.

Cut a 6″ x 6″ piece of All About Autumn Designer Series Paper to 5-1/4″ x 6.” I cut the paper at the bottom or the top of the sheet, so that you preserve the entire scene on the 6″ width of the paper. Then cut the 6″ wide scene at 4″ so that you now have two pieces, one is 4″ wide and another one is 2″ wide. Adhere the 4″ piece to the folded back 2-1/8″ card front. Adhere the 2″ piece on the inside of the card and also adhere a 2″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Very Vanilla cardstock next to it as shown above.

Do you see how beautifully the card closes? Then when someone opens it, they see the entire scene spread across. This is such a pretty way to use this gorgeous All About Autumn paper!
