Today’s card is a fun holiday card with the word “JOY.” Joy is one of my favorite words for the holidays! It’s a time of joy, and I want to slow down enough to experience that joy…that’s my goal 🙂 This card is inspired by this week’s Global Design Challenge with the theme of letters.There are several sneak peeks on this card! One is the pretty Bee Mine Designer Series Paper. Because it’s red, it works perfectly for this time of year. The smaller inside piece is cut with the Perennial Postage Dies – also a sneak peek – and they cut edges like those on a postage stamp! The pretty ribbon used here is also a sneak peek, it’s the Sweet Sorbet Bordered Ribbon. (Love, love, love all of these new goodies!!!)

The pine branches were watercolored with Lost Lagoon ink on Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper, and then cut out with the pine branch die from the Christmas Classics Dies. At the top center where the branches join together is a grouping of Iridescent Adhesive-Backed Discs in Poppy Parade.

The letters on the card are cut from Petal Pink cardstock with the Alphabet a la Mode Dies. These are basic dies for any craft room. I love having them available any time I need them.
