Today’s card is a joy fold card made with three (3) Sale-a-Bration items! Sale-a-Bration is almost over — it ends on February 29. I can’t believe it’s gone so fast, this is such a great sale!
We all love fun fold cards, and the joy fold is one of my favorites. Have you ever made a joy fold card? If not, watch my video and give it a try!
It’s really two cards combined in one. The two card bases are cut from Pretty Peacock cardstock. All the measurements and other details are on the video below.
The pretty detailed dogwood on the front of the card is stamped in Lost Lagoon ink and colored in with Stampin’ Blends Alcohol Markers.
Here’s a replay of the video tutorial showing you how to make the joy fold card. You will LOVE it!
Here is a picture of the card fully open. Isn’t it fun? The 1/2″ strip at the bottom of the white piece really adds to the inside.
The sentiment is from another Sale-a-Bration stamp set, Softly Sophisticated. This set actually comes in a bundle with the Softly Sophisticated Embossing Folder that is used on this card.
Did you see the beautiful Pretty Peacock & Gold Metallic Ribbon on this card? It’s gorgeous! You really can’t see the gold in the pictures, but take my word for it – it’s SO pretty!
The third Sale-a-Bration item used on this card is the Pretty Peacock and white heart paper. It’s one of 48 pieces of patterned paper in the Delightfully Eclectic Designer Series Paper. Most packages of paper have (12) 2-sided 12″ x 12″ pieces. This package has – wait for it – 48 pieces!!! It’s true! And, it’s free with a $50+ order!

Do you have the measurements for the outstanding Dogwood Joy Fold card? Or do I just listen to your video again. I am having trouble hearing you on the video.
Hi Peggy,
On the card “Dogwood Joy Fold”, what is the lenght of the ribbon that you tied the bow with? Thanks, From Missouri (State Tree – Dogwood)
