Darling Pets & More Fun-Fold Card With the New Basic Beige!!

This Pets & More Stamp Set is SO cute! It’s a darling pet stamp set with general-type images of a dog, cat, bird, bunny, and…maybe a fox? It’s a bit hard to tell. Maybe you can help me 🙂 This stamp set is an Online Exclusive which means it is not in any catalog. It can only be found in my online store HERE.

So this is a fun-fold card with a flap on the front that opens up. The card base is 8-1//2″ x 5-1/2″ and scored at 4-1/4.” On the top piece of the card, you cut off 1″ from the left and 1″ from the right; this creates the front flap.

And for this card I want to show you the brand new Basic Beige cardstock! It’s a new neutral being released on May 1st, and it’s a fresh new color – I really like it! This pretty new color has coordinating ribbon and ink.

On the inside of the card, I adhered a 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of the new Country Woods Designer Series Paper (sneak peek!!). Then in the center of the inside is a 3″ x 3-3/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock.

For the top flap of the card, cut a 4″ x 3-1/4″ piece of Basic Beige cardstock. Tie a piece of Very Vanilla and Black Gingham Ribbon in a knot in the center front. Then adhere the piece of cardstock to the front of the flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a scrap piece of Basic White cardstock stamp the dog in Gray Granite inkl. Then punch out the image with the Heartfelt Hexagon Punch and adhere it to the front of the flap with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Around the dog, stamp some of the Additiional dies. like the ball and the pad of the dog’s foot

The sentiment her is from the Country Flowers Stamp Set. It’s the perfect sentiment for a dear pet 🙂
