Stampin' Up! Wishing You Well Wreath - Peggy Noe - stampinup

Wreaths speak of hospitality and warmth. A wreath is a welcome at the front door and can be hung year round with seasonal decorations. I love wreaths, and I especially like them on cards. I feel like they go before you; as the recipient opens the card the wreath conveys warmth and kindness.

Stampin' Up! Wishing You Well Note - Peggy Noe - stampinup

That’s one reason I love the new Wishing You Well stamp set ~ the wreath is beautiful! For today’s card I’ve stamped the wreath using the Stamparatus. And I’ve stamped it repeatedly in different colors: first Crumb Cake, then Soft Suede. After that I went back in with an Aqua Painter and a bit of Pumpkin Pie and Crushed Curry ink and barely touched the little leaves with these two colors.

Behind the wreath is a panel of Pumpkin Pie card stock embossed with the new Tin Tile Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. After embossing, I roughed up the edges of the paper and curled the corners. Then I sponged on some of our Copper Shimmer Paint to give a distressed look.

This card was so much fun to make. I can’t wait until you can get all these products for yourself! Do you have your wish list going? September 5th is the first date customers can order from this fabulous 2018 Holiday Catalog. Do you have a catalog?
