Today’s project is a bit of a sneak peek ~ it uses the new Fine Art Floral Designer Series Paper that is coming in the January to June 2021 Mini Catalog by Stampin’ Up! But this gorgeous paper is used on the current Christmas Countdown Project Kit. Here’s a video that shows how to make this pretty storage box!
I’m going to use my box to store retired embellishments and trinkets. But you could also use it for earrings, other jewelry, or … what would you use it for?

Each drawer front is 2″ square and the thumb opening is cut with a 1″ circle punch (retired item). It’s so easy to create the paper fronts. Simply adhere with Multipurpose Glue and you’re all set!

You could use any designer series paper on this box. My favorite color is pink, so I used pink paper. But you could use any papers! You could also create it as it’s meant to be ~ an Advent Calendar!
If you would like to create this box, I recommend that you order the Christmas Countdown Project Kit NOW. It is available and may not carry over after December 31st. So grab it now and then you’ll have it ready to create when the pretty new Fine Art Floral Designer Series Paper is available the beginning of January!
Thank you for stopping by today! Happy Stamping!

This is lovely. I bought 5 boxes last year. We decorated one for my BF’s grandchildren. They came over and decorated it themselves. We filled the boxes and invited them over to make cookies, but only Mom could take the box home. I made 4 more for my great nieces and nephews (6 kids), filled and shipped them to be opened Dec. 1st. One family celebrates Christmas and Hanukkah. I made the back of the drawers for Hanukkah. The can turn them around each for the days of of Hanukkah as it is never the dates each year. I bought 3 more, just in case one my own kids have children one day. Thanks for sharing!! <3 Leslie
Hi Peggy,
Your floral paper is absolutely beautiful for this project. What a nice way to store embellishments! I was wondering just how sturdy are the box and drawers?
