The Poinsettia Petals Bundle makes an absolutely gorgeous wedding card! Using all white, with a bit of pearls and silver, this card makes a real impression!
December has always been a great month for weddings. I have a dear friend whose son is getting married in a small family wedding on Christmas Eve and this is the card I’ve made for the new couple. I’ve combined the Poinsettia Petals Bundle with the Forever Flourishing Dies for both the card and the envelope.
The flower here was stamped on Whisper White cardstock in Versamark ink and heat embossed with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder. I then used the coordinating dies to cut all the layers of the flower. I did use some retired Silver Metallic Thread and Dazzling Diamond Glimmer Paper, as I wanted as much bling as possible!!
A 5-1/4″ x 4″ panel of Whisper White cardstock was layered on top of the card base. Embossed with the Parisian Flourish 3D Embossing Folder, it makes a lovely background for the poinsettia. A piece of Silver Metallic Edge Ribbon was wrapped around this piece. The sentiment from the Dandelion Wishes stamp set was heat embossed in silver and cut out with one of the dies from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.
The envelope was created from Vellum and some Silver Foil leaves cut with the Forever Flourishing Dies were added on the front of the envelope.
Thank you for stopping by today! Happy Stamping!
