Sweets & Treats Tiny Cupcake Bookmark!

Today I have for you a fun little project ~ a handmade paperclip bookmark! It’s SO EASY to make! This cupcake was featured on yesterday’s card. It’s so adorable, I just had to find other ways to use it!

The cupcake is a stamp in the Sweets & Treats stamp set. I stamped it on Shimmery White cardstock with Versamark ink, and heat embossed it with White Embossing Powder. I watercolored it lightly and then fussy cut it with my Paper Snips

You can also stamp it with Early Espresso ink and color it in with Stampin’ Blends. Either coloring method will work.Tie a bow using the Polished Pink Open-Weave Ribbon. Adhere the back of the cupcake to the paperclip with a hot glue gun and press the bow on top of the hot glue. This gives a cute bow to look at on the back of the paperclip, and it also looks nice from the front!

You could also include this cute bookmark with yesterday’s card for a special little gift!

Today was the first day of Backstage, the Stampin’ Up! leader’s conference. Again this year it’s virtual, and Stampin’ Up! is really showering us with gifts.
