Sale-a-Bration is almost over ~ it only lasts until this Thursday, September 30th. If you haven’t had the opportunity to get this FREE Delicate Dahlias stamp set, you must! It’s my favorite item in the Sale-a-Bration Catalog (HERE)!

To create the multicolored dahlia, I used sponge daubers to add three different ink colors to the stamp. The ink colors are Polished Pink, Daffodil Delight, and Pale Papaya. I actually stamped two flowers on Basic White cardstock and fussy cut them. I cut one flower in half and glued the halves onto the back of the other flower, one on each side. I also stamped a few leaves in Granny Apple Green ink and fussy cut them. I also glued them to the back of the dahlia.
The Delicate Dahlias stamp set is available with a $100+ order in my online store.
The card base is 6-1/2″ x 5-1/2,” scored at 4-1/4.” The front flap of the card is stamped with the leaves stamp in Pear Pizzaz ink. A 1″ x 5-1/2″ strip of Pale Papaya cardstock was glued behind the right edge of the front flap with just 1/2″ showing.

On the right inside of the card is a piece of the Pale Papaya gingham paper from the Pansy Petals Designer Series Paper. The sentiment is stamped in Polished Pink ink and cut with a die from the Grapevine Dies.
