NEW VIDEO: A Wild Wonderful World!

Today I have for you a fun and “wild” card. The Wonderful World Bundle is a floral stamp set and coordinating Designer Series Paper, and it is just beautiful.

For this card I’ve added lots of layers of the Designer Series Paper and each one has been distressed on the edges with my Paper Snips Scissors. Each layer is 1/4″ or 1/2″ smaller than the prior layer; this shows off the different patterns of the paper. It ends in a top layer of vellum.

The flowers on the top of the card were stamped and then watercolored to brighten them up. I used a Water Painter and lightly added a bit of water and the same color ink to the petals of the flower.

Did you notice the flowers and leaves tucked in between the layers? I cut them out of the paper and the glued them in with Multipurpose Glue. The sentiment from the Lovely You Stamp Set was stamped on Basic White cardstock and. fussy cut. It was then set on a label cut using the Natural Prints Dies.
