HAPPY THANKSGIVING!! For Thanksgiving we have to feature a thank you card, right? And this one is so nice. It’s simple yet bold. This card uses the Celebrate Sunflower Bundle, and the In Good Taste Designer Series Paper. Here is a video tutorial to show you how to make this card!
I love this card, it’s quick and easy to make and it is a WOW! And the colors are so nice, Cajun Craze and Night of Navy. They really compliment each other!
The sentiments in the Celebrate Sunflowers stamp set are nice. The fonts are fabulous!
I’m so thankful for each of you, my blog readers! Thank you for popping on here to my little corner of the world. I really appreciate you!!
Today’s card is a fun thank you card with three sweet bows in the center. These are my favorite bows in the Gift Wrapped stamp set! The card itself is square: 4-1/4″ x 8-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4.” It’s fun to use a different sized card!
The bows were heat embossed on Whisper White card stock and colored with Shaded Spruce ink and a Blender pen. They were then adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals above a 1-1/2″ x 4″ strip of Gilded Autumn Specialty Designer Series Paper.
This card was inspired by the Global Design Project Challenge for this week:
The Shaded Spruce background was embossed with the Dainty Diamonds 3D Embossing Folder. A 1/4″ x 4″ strip of Gold Foil was adhered over the upper portion of the card, and the sentiment (from the Parcels & Petals stamp set) was then adhered over the strip with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Why don’t you try making a square card? It’s fun!

Do you like coloring? If you do, this is the card for you! I love coloring with the Stampin’ Up! Stampin’ Blends Alcohol Markers, and this pretty fall floral arrangement is just what I needed. It’s part of the Autumn Greetings Bundle ~ just right for fall 🙂
Behind the floral piece are vellum leaves and a So Saffron sunflower. These are set on a piece of Petal Pink card stock that has been embossed with the Ornate Floral 3D Embossing Folder.
Hello! Thank you for stopping by! Today I have a quick and easy card, AND a Pretty Quick Tip for your envelopes!
The main feature of this card and envelope set is the beautiful foil Gilded Autumn Specialty Designer Series Paper. Each piece has one side that has gold or copper foil as part of the paper design. Beautiful Beautiful! Below is the video showing you how to create this pretty envelope flap.
The card begins with a Very Vanilla card stock base. All of the rest of the paper is either the back or the front of a piece of the Gilded Autumn paper. The big bow is punched using the Gift Bow Builder Punch. One bow is punched from the designer series paper, and a second bow is punched from Copper Foil. The copper bow is placed behind the other bow to act as a type of shadow. The bow is set on a 1-1/2″ strip of the designer series paper topped with a 4″ piece of Mint Macaron Basket Weave Ribbon (part of a combo pack).
The “thanks” was die cut from Mint Macaron card stock using one of the Well Written Dies, and it is gently glued under the strip of designer series paper using Multipurpose Glue.
Have you seen the beautiful Gilded Autumn Specialty Designer Series Paper? Oh my goodness, it’s gorgeous! It has both Copper Foil and Gold Foil throughout, and the colors are luscious. This particular sheet of designer series paper has a Cajun Craze background with the gold and copper accents.
The stalks of wheat on the card are cut from Gold Foil using the Autumn Essentials Dies. These dies are my favorites for fall, with the wheat and some pumpkins…it’s all you need to create a fall card!
The small sentiment is from the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set. Most of the sentiments in this set can be stamped on a 1/4″ wide piece of cardstock. The Classic Label Punch is just the right size to cut out this small sentiment.
A 2″ x 4″ rectangle was cut from Petal Pink cardstock and punched at the top with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch. Some of the designer series paper was glued onto the front of the tag. A stalk of Gold Foil wheat and a little die-cut pumpkin were added to the tag, and the sentiment was adhered with some Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.

You can do SO much with the gorgeous Prized Peony Bundle. The images in the stamp set are intricate and pretty. The peonies themselves were stamped on Whisper White card stock using Magenta Madness ink. The flowers were then colored with Watercolor Pencils and cut out with the dies.
Behind the flowers is a sheet of Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper. The leaves from the stamp set were stamped in Granny Apple Green ink on the lower portion of the paper. Then water was added from a Water Painter and pulled upward on the paper. When dry, the sheet was then sprinkled with ink from a Dark Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blend.
The scalloped edge die from the set was used to cut a Magenta Madness piece of 2020-2022 In Color Designer Series Paper. The edging piece was adhered to the bottom of the watercolored piece with Multipurpose Glue. The flowers were placed over the leaves using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
A small banner was cut from Blushing Bride card stock using a die from the Tasteful Labels Dies. The “thanks” sentiment from the stamp set was trimmed and adhered to the little banner. Some Gold Glitter Enamel Dots added some bling!
