Stampin’ Up! Narrow Note Cards and Envelopes can make adorable thank you notes!
For this card I used the Brights 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper in Mango Melody as a background. Stripes and circles always look good together!
The Grey Granite “thank you” circle was stamped and then punched with the 1-1/2″ Circle Punch. Quick and easy, right? You can make a bunch of these cards in no time!

For today’s card I used lots of fun things 🙂 The Frosted Floral Specialty Designer Series Paper is always the start of beautiful project. This particular pattern looks AH-MAZ-ING with Merry Merlot, and if you are one of my regular readers you know I’m loving this rich, gorgeous color!
Tranquil Tide is another gorgeous color in this designer series paper. It’s embossed with the Swirls & Curls Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and then sponged with Frost White Shimmer Paint. During the month of October you can get this embossing folder as a FREE GIFT from me with any order of $40 or more (before tax and shipping) using my Host Code! CLICK HERE for details!
And then there’s the yummy Merry Merlot and Copper Reversible Ribbon! It doesn’t show well here, but there is a Merry Merlot sheen side and a copper seen side – oooh la la!!

Today’s card is a quick and easy fall thank you card. Sometimes I get so into fancy layered cards that I forget how pretty some simple stamping can be! I made a video tutorial to show you how easy this card is!
The colors used on today’s card are Petal Pink and Smoky Slate. They are nice fall neutrals that I’m seeing all over this year!
It was easy to make a lot of these cards for my team this month! (Don’t tell them though, I want to surprise them!)

Seriously, the designer series papers Stampin’ Up! has for the holidays are FABULOUS! Today I am featuring the Festive Farmhouse Designer Series Paper, along with the Falling for Leaves Stamp Set. They make a beautiful combination for all of your fall cards!
The two papers on this card are actually the front and back sides of one sheet of this paper. I LOVE the plaid 🙂
Festive Farmhouse Designer Series Paper Item No. 147820 $11.00 ORDER by clicking the photo below!
The red used in the paper and on my card is Cherry Cobbler. It’s a classic deep red and I love using it for the holidays!
Pretty Pointer: To give a sentiment a different look, trim closely around the words with your Paper Snips. The sentiment becomes much more versatile because it will fit in smaller spots! Try it!
Behind the sentiment you see a strip of our Chicken Wire Elements and some 5/8″ Burlap Ribbon. I’ve actually pulled off a few layers of burlap from this strip to use on another project, so the strip you see here is not quite 5/8″.
A few Metallic Sequins and a bow of the Cherry Cobbler Festive Farmhouse Cotton Twine finish off the card.
And We Have A Winner!

And, thanks to all of you for leaving comments! I SO appreciate you!
Today’s card combines two of my favorites: the Love What You Do stamp set and the Frosted Floral Specialty Designer Series Paper!
Who doesn’t love frosted everything? This card uses the Frosted Floral dsp, the Frosted Epoxy Droplets, the Pearlized Doilies, and a bit of Shimmer Paint on the sentiment piece! Wow!
You can’t really the Shimmer Paint, it’s hard to photograph. But it is there! The flowers here were stamped with Blackberry Bliss and then I pulled the ink to the center of the petals with an Aqua Painter.
Would you like me to send you this card? Simply leave me a comment by clicking on the rectangle below. You have until Thursday, September 20, at 6:00 pm Pacific Time to leave a comment. My favorite season has always been fall ~ I love it ~ the leaves, the colors, the end of hot weather (whew!). And fall cards are so much fun to make!
For my card today I’ve used the Falling for Leaves Bundle from the new Holiday Catalog. It’s the perfect set for all your fall cards!
This card uses some non-traditional colors that I think are so pretty together…
Technique Tip: To make the special background panel on this card, use Petal Pink card stock and the embossing dies that are part of the Nature’s Roots Framelits Dies. Emboss the leaves all over the panel and then sponge with some Bright Copper Shimmer Paint (love this stuff!).
Most of the leaves have been cut with the Detailed Leaves Thinlits Dies. The set comes with 6 different leaf dies. There is also a lacy horizontal die – I used this on Copper Foil and tucked it under the sentiment. A bit of Blackberry Bliss Twine and a few Metallic Sequins finish off the card.
Now it’s time to use the Blog Hop Line-up below to see what the rest of my Pals have created to inspire you.. Don’t forget to show us some love by commenting on our creations.
Mark your calendars for Wednesday, October 10, 2018 for the next Pals Blog Hop. October is time for some wicked fun with “Wicked Folds” where the Pals will show you creations that are anything but a standard card fold. Don’t miss the fun.
