Today’s card is full of great items from the Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog (items that are right now ON SALE!). And it’s a birthday card! I need lots of birthday cards, what about you?
This card is made with white on white. The key to using lots of white – or any single color – is to change up the layers with texture. It was cut from a piece of Shimmery White cardstock that I watercolored with Pumpkin Pie ink and a Water Painter .
For the navy ribbon and bow, I colored White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon with a Night of Navy Stampin’ Blend (lay the ribbon on a Silicone Mat while you do the coloring). After tying it in a bow, I added some Baker’s Twine, also tied in a bow. The sentiment is from the Sending Smiles Stamp Set, stamped with Night of Navy ink and trimmed in two pieces,
