Look at these sweet girls dancing, among flowers and butterflies, and a thank you sentiment! It’s precious! It reminds me of the long ago European tradition of May Day that marked the beginning of summer. People would make garlands of flowers and put flowers in cones on the doors of their neighbors.
The colors of this card are Daffodil Delight and Tahitian Tide. These colors are so pretty together. The girls are stamped in Crumb Cake ink and colored in with Daffodil Delight, Crumb Cake, and Tahitian Tide Stampin’ Blends Alcohol Markers.
This set has the cutest stamps…there’s a stamp for little puffs of grass, there’s a stamp with two tiny butterflies, a flower basket, and so much more.
The card base is created with Daffodil Delight cardstock. Layers are added to the card base to give a nice frame to the stamped images. The layers on top of the card base are: Tahitian Tide cardstock, So Saffron cardstock, 2022-2024 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper, and the Basic White cardstock that has the stamped images.
Basic White Baker’s Twine is tied around the top to the white piece to add some frivolity to the xard!
