Sweet Mini Thank You Notes!

It’s so easy to make mini thank you notes! All you need is a 6″ x 3″ piece of cardstock and some decorations. You can tuck these little notes into gifts, into purses, into books, into mailboxes at work…any place.

Today I’ve made several of these cards for customers. The 6″ x 3″ card base is Early Espresso card stock, score at 3″ and fold and burnish with a bone folder. Cut a 2-3/4″ square piece of Basic White cardstock and adhere to the inside of the card with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Cut a 2-3/4″ square piece of the Petal Pink striped paper from the Abigail Rose Designer Series Paper. Wrap a 4-1/2″ piece of Petal Pink Soft Polyester Ribbon around the top of the piece as shown and secure on the back with a few dots of Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Adhere the piece to the card front with glue.

To finish off the little cards, stamp the sentiment from the Simply Succulents stamp set in Early Espresso ink on a scrap of Basic White cardstock. Then punch out the sentiment with the smaller oval in the Double Oval Punch. I love the “thanks” stamp in this set. It’s a nice size and you can pop it anywhere on a card. For me it’s a standby for thank you cards 🙂

Punch a scrap of Early Espresso cardstock with the larger scalloped oval in the punch and adhere the two ovals together with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

The flowers here are cut from Early Espresso cardstock using the Cottage Flowers Dies. Their stem is tucked under the ovals and adhered with a few dots of Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Whatever you use to decorate, make some mini thank you cards. Your friends will love them!
