Fun Floral Easter Card!

Today’s card is just fun! This week’ Global Design Project Challenge is an Easter theme. I was inspired by the cute little bunny that’s on one of the sheets of the Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper, so I created the card around him.

I punched the bunny out with the Double Oval Punch, and then used the larger scalloped oval on the same punch to punch Lemon Lolly cardstock to frame the bunny.

The card base is Lemon Lolly cardstock. This is topped with Basic White cardstock and a piece of Lighter Than Air Designer Series Paper, both cut with the Scalloped Contour Dies. This creates the base for the bunny.

The flowers were punched from lots of pretty colors of cardstock using the Petal Park Builder Punch. And the leaves were watercolored on Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper with Lemon Lime Twist ink, using a Water Painter. Then the paper was cut with leaf dies using the Notes of Nature Dies.

I had so much fun putting this card together with all the colors and flowers!
