Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!
This month the theme is our Favorites from the New Catalog. We hope to inspire you with our creations today! You will find the lineup at the end of this post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.
It’s so much fun to feature my favorites in the catalog! If you’re like me, your favorites might change with time. So I’ll say – right now I have two favorites: one particular die in the Thoughtful Wishes Die Set, and one new paper, the new Basic Beige cardstock. Below you can see my absolutely favorite die right now.
Don’t you LOVE it? it’s big, it’s leafy, it has a few flowers, and it looks gorgeous under or over anything! Truthfully, I have to keep myself from using it on every card. So of course I had to feature it as my favorite item today. For this card used Berry Burst cardstock (it looks fabulous with Basic Beige!) and cut two times with my favorite die.
The card base is Basic Beige (love!). Then there is a 4″ x 5-1/4″ layer of Country Lace Designer Series Paper. The Berry Burst die cuts were adhered on that layer. Then a 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Basic Beige cardstock was cut with one of the Everyday Details Dies and then embossed with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder and laid over the Country Lace.
The sentiment is from the Unbounded Love stamp set, stamped with Berry Burst ink, and cut with one of the Unbounded Love dies. A fun little bow of Basic Beige 3/8″ Bordered Ribbon, cut in half lengthwise and tied with a bit of Very Vanilla Baker’s Twine was added over the sentiment.
We have even more inspiration to show you, so use the lineup below to visit the rest of the Design Team. Please mark your calendars for our next blog hop when our theme will be Summer Vacations.
Until then, have fun in your craft space.

What a great card, Peggy! Gosh, I never gave that die a second glance – shame on me! I love how you made it the star of the show with a bold color against the wonderful neutral. Thank you for bringing attention to a great bundle for this month’s blog hop.
