Winter Love & Joy!

Playing with new products is SO much fun! I love using new papers, stamps and dies, don’t you? Recently I got the Encircled in Nature Dies. They aren’t new, but they’re new to me, and I’ve been having a good time using them. The die set has trees in it – I had no idea! So I made a card to show them off!

The Season of Green & Gold Specialty Designer Series Paper is gorgeous! One side is gold and the other side is an assortment of various green patterns. I really like the plaid that is used on this card. Also, there are sheets with leaves and bells that can be cut out with coordinating dies from the Golden Greenery Dies. That’s how I created the leaves on my card.

This is a fun-fold card that is 5-1/2″ x 6-1/4, and scored at 4-1/4″.” You can see how it opens in the photo below:

The center piece was cut with the Countryside Corners Dies. There are two layers cut with these dies, one of Very Vanilla cardstock and one of a gold pattern in the Season of Green & Gold paper.

The sentiment is from the Greetings of the Season stamp set, stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and cut out with a stitched circle die from the Unbounded Love Dies. A pretty Very Vanilla & Black Ribbon ties it all up with a bow, and a few Blooming Pearls in gold finish it off.
