If you want to make a pumpkin card but don’t have a pumpkin stamp or dies, what can you do? You can use some punched or die-cut ovals to form a pumpkin! In fact, I have pumpkin stamps and dies and I still like to create pumpkins with overlapping ovals!

For this pumpkin I used an oval die from the Greetings of the Season Die Set. This is an Online Exclusive set that’s part of the Greetings of the Season Bundle, and the gorgeous Season of Green & Gold Suite Collection. These dies have little holes on one end so that they can be used as tags. I just placed that end of the oval at the top of the pumpkin and covered it with a pretty ribbon!

The leaves here are a sneak peek from the new Autumn Expressions Dies which will be available on September 4th. They’re so detailed!

The pumpkin and leaves sit on a background of Peach Pie Designer Series Paper (from the 2024-2026 In Color Designer Series Papers). The sentiment was stamped right on this paper. Black splatter was added by using a Basic Black Stampin’ Blend Alcohol Marker and flicking the brush end of the marker against the lid.

Personally I just love pumpkin cards for fall. They are so much nicer than spooky cards 🙂
