These are my favorite Christmas colors right now: Pretty in Pink, Real Red and Shaded Spruce. They look fabulous together! Use them on a card with Basic White and you are all set!

Today’s card base is Pretty in Pink cardstock topped with a piece of Real Red cardstock cut with the Perennial Postage Dies. The Basic White cardstock piece is what makes this card special. Use a 2-3/8″ Circle Punch to punch a circle of any color cardstock. Place it in the center of the Basic White piece and hold it there with your fingers. Use a Blender Brush to add Pretty in Pink ink all around the circle. Over the Pretty in Pink ink stamp the snow stamp from the set using Pretty in Pink ink.

On a piece of Basic White cardstock stamp the house using Real Red ink; color in the windows with a Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blend Alcohol Marker and color in the edge of the roofline and chimney with a Real Red Watercolor Pencil. Cut out the house with Paper Snips Scissors.

Stamp the tree in Shaded Spruce ink on Shaded Spruce cardstock and cut out with Paper Snips. I used a white Jelly Pen from Amazon to make the little dots of snow on the tree 🙂 The sentiment is from the Humble Home Stamp Set. It’s stamped in Real Red ink and cut out with a small Perennial Postage Die.

PREORDER NOW!

This year I’ve created an Advent Calendar using the Stampin’ Up! Envelopes – one for each day of Advent. Inside each envelope will be a printed piece of Basic White cardstock, one for each of the 25 days. Each piece has 2 Scripture verses: one is from the Old Testament and is a prophecy of the arrival of Christ; and one verse is from the New Testament and is the fulfillment of the Old Testament prophecy. It’s a wonderful way to anticipate Christmas! THIS IS A SPECIAL CLASS AND ONE YOU WILL LOVE AND USE FOR YEARS TO COME! It also makes a lovely gift.

The class uses the Season of Green & Gold Designer Series Paper. It’s a beautiful paper! Each envelope will have a gold foil number on it from 1-25. You will need a number die set. I used the Alphabet a la Mode Die Set to cut the numbers. This die set is not included in your class kit, but you can add it on at a discount if you do not already own it.

As a part of the Class Kit you will receive the Scriptures for each day of Advent printed on Basic White cardstock. There will be 2 days printed on one sheet of cardstock and you will have the instructions to cut the cardstock to fit in the envelopes. If you wish you can stamp the cardstock as I did using the Golden Greenery Stamp Set (an Online Exclusive).

Starting tomorrow Stampin’ Up! is releasing some fabulous NEW Online Exclusives! I’ll have all the details for you. I can only say – GET READY – because they are gorgeous!

Thank you for stopping by today! Happy Stamping!
