It’s Spring and today’s card is just right for Spring! It’s made of beautiful papers and ribbons and will bring joy to anyone who receives it.
The gingham is from the Floral Delight Designer Series Paper. It’s set on a Basic White card base and then a layer of Daffodil Delight cardstock.
Both the Daffodil Delight and gingham layers are distressed with Paper Snips Scissors. The gingham is stamped with Crumb Cake ink using a few of the stamps in the Heirloom Arrangements Kit (I love this kit!).
A white hexagon was cut with one of the Meant to Bee Dies and stamped with one of the stamps from the Elements of Text Stamp Set. Another hexagon from the Floral & Gingham Vellum was layered over the white one, and a butterfly stamped in Daffodil Delight was fussy cut and added, along with some Soft Sea Foam leaves cut with the Linked Together Dies.
Finally, a pretty bow of Very Vanilla & Black Large Checks and Daffodil Delight 1/8″ Satin Ribbon was tied around the card.
