Wildflowers and Pretty Ribbon!

Today’s card has sweet wildflowers and a pretty ribbon treatment!

The flowers are from the Weekend Adventures Stamp Set. It has the cutest little cup stamp and these darling wildflowers. The wildflowers were stamped in Old Olive ink and colored in with Stampin’ Blends Alcohol Markers.

The ribbon treatment on this card is just fun. Place a strip of Tear & Tape Adhesive across the card where you want the ribbon. Then adhere a bit of ribbon at the left side (about 1/4″), pull the remaining ribbon back left over the adhered ribbon and create a loop. Adhere a bit more ribbon down to the tape, and keep going in the same way all across the strip. Here I used Timid Tiger Faux Linen Ribbon.

I need to make a video tutorial of this ribbon technique. It’s fun and different!
