Impressions Abloom Hello Flowers!

Flowers, flowers, flowers! The Impressions Abloom Dies create such gorgeous flowers, I just had to use them for this card.

The design for this card is from the Global Design Project Sketch Challenge this week. It’s such a great starting point and it is really a challenge – it’s fun!

The card base is Darling Duckling cardstock, with a panel of Lemon Lolly cardstock on top. Then a piece of Painterly Pears Designer Series Paper, beautiful green leaves. This makes a such a pretty background for the flowers.

There are so many flowers in this die set, and for this card I’ve cut different sized flowers with every color of cardstock! Then I just alternated the sizes and colors and adhered the flowers with Stampin’ Dimensionals so that they really stand out.

The Darling Duckling ribbon was cut in half lengthwise and then looped behind the flowers. The sentiment is from the Perfectly Pears Stamp Set, and a few Low Profile Dots in Darling Duckling were sprinkled around for bling 🙂
