This is International Coffee Weekend! Saturday is National Coffee Day and Monday is International Coffee Day, so I’ve decided that the whole weekend is International Coffee Weekend! And we have to have a coffee card, right?
Do you like coffee? I LOVE coffee! And, I LOVE this set! It’s fun and cute. There’s so much you can do with it! I used both the stamp set and the framelits. You can make short cups and tall cups and add the whipping cream stamp. There’s a straw and a little tag — lots of fun!
Coffee Cafe Photopolymer Stamp Set
Item No. 143677 $21.00
Coffee Cups Framelits Dies
Item No. 143745 $30.00
The panel behind the coffee cup is Petal Pink embossed with the Corrugated Embossing Folder. I added some glimmer “fall” leaves punched with the leaf punch.
I do really love this set. Hope you are celebrating International Coffee Weekend with me and with a big black cup of coffee 🙂
Oh boy! The beautiful Share What You Love Suite is available to order starting tomorrow! I’m so excited because you are going to LOVE it!!
Today’s card features some items from the suite. The main item on this card is the Lovely Floral Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder! Can you see the deep impressions made in the new Grapefruit Grove card stock? This is a very pretty embossing folder and it’s part of the suite.
The Share What You Love designer series paper is thick and one side of each sheet of two-sided paper is pearlized! You can see it in the photos if you look close. Pictures just don’t do this paper justice. You will be blown away when you see it!!
I’ve added a few Vellum leaves punched with the leaf punch, and the sentiment is from the Love What You Do Stamp Set.
I just love it when Stampin’ Up! releases a whole suite of products early – the month before the annual catalog comes out. It’s such a treat to see new things and get your hands on them! You will have your choice of three different bundles in the suite – with a bundle for beginning stampers all the way to a bundle for advanced stampers. There’s a bundle for everyone!
Ok, so tomorrow’s the day, right? In the meantime, be sure you don’t miss the retired items and clearance items. Great deals over there!
Stampin’ Up! retiring lists were just announced! These items are available only through May 31st, and many are only while supplies last! It’s your opportunity to order some of your favorites before they’re gone.

These beautiful 2016-2018 In Colors are also retiring. I’ve loved these colors, haven’t you? Paper, ink, ink refills, and accessories ~ so much in these gorgeous colors! Remember, these are some of the first retiring items to sell out, so I recommend you order them right away.
COLOR REVAMP: Every few years Stampin’ Up! creates new color palettes that are fresh and beautiful — and this new catalog (on June 1) will feature the revamped color palettes. I’ve seen them and they are GORGEOUS!! Here are the colors that will retire on May 31 (or when supplies are exhausted):
Are you going to miss these colors? Be sure to stock up on them while supplies last! Grab your card stock and ink refills while they’re available!
Whew! That’s alot, isn’t it? What color are you going to miss the most? For me, Peekaboo Peach is going to be the one I’ll miss the most. I’ve really loved working with this color over the past few years 🙁 BUT, wait till you see all the beautiful NEW colors coming! I’ll be talking about those in another post.
I don’t know about you, but I always need birthday cards! And this one was easy to make with the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set. The stamps and coordinating framelits work so perfectly together. I stamped the flowers, cut them with the framelits, ad popped them up with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Under the flower is a piece of pretty Lemon Lime Twist Striped Ribbon, one of my all time favorite ribbons!! I’m trying to have fun with the outgoing In Colors before they leave us on May 31st. The flowers were stamped with Flirty Flamingo, Peekaboo Peach, and Sweet Sugarplum. These are such beautiful colors, I’ll be sad to see them go 🙁
Do you love these colors too? If you do, be sure to grab them right away because they tend to sell out fast! CLICK on the graphic below to see everything available in these beautiful colors!

The Sale-a-Bration Basket Weave Embossing Folder is going to be a classic. For one thing, it’s carrying over after Sale-a-Bration – that’s good. But the best part is that it adds beautiful texture to any project! For today’s card it forms a nice background for the rest of the card!
Today’s card is for this week’s Tic Tac Toe Challenge. This is a really fun Tic Tac Toe Board! I ended up using both diagonal lines (Aperature/Gold Silver/Texture and Floral/Gold Silver/Sequins) and the left column (Aperature/Vellume/Floral) and the right column (Sequins/Circle/Texture) on my card! These elements are really easy to use together!
The basket weave is especially appropriate for anything bird related. Doesn’t it make you think of a bird nest? I love the little bird in the Petal Palette Bundle, and here I’ve colored him with Pink Pirouette and Crumb Cake Blends. I also gave him a deep blue eye with the Dark Bermuda Bay Stampin’ Blend 🙂
Under the bird is a combination of vellum punched leaves and floral dies cut with the Petals & More Thinlits Dies. White on white and vellum is such a beautiful combination. I love the softness of it. Under the circle “window” is some of the new Sale-a-Bration Springtime Foils Designer Series Paper ~ gorgeous!!
.This paper is WAY MORE beautiful than it looks in this photo. You will love it! So, how do you get some?? It’s easy ~ just place a $50 order through me HERE and choose this paper as your FREE Sale-a-Bration Gift! Use the item number above (147193) to get this paper. It makes such pretty cards!
Thank you for popping over to my little corner of the world! Have a wonderful day!
Doesn’t this look like one of the prettiest wedding cakes you’ve ever seen? Can you believe this is handmade? Well, YOU can create this card too!
It’s seriously not that hard. Let’s look at it closely. First, the blue (Marina Mist) layer was embossed with the Petal Burst Embossing Folder. Easy, right? Then a Whisper White circle was cut with the Layering Circles Framelits Dies. This creates a point of focus behind the cake. Again, easy!
Now for the Silver Foil Cake Plate~cut the base and the lace-detailed tray with the Sweet Cake Framelits Dies (part of the Cake Soiree Bundle). Then stamp the cake with one of the gorgeous stamps from the Cake Soiree Stamp Set and cut it out with another one of the framelits. Almost done!
Then cut some pretty leaves and a bow to decorate the cake, all from the Sweet Cake Framelits. This is a set of 16 dies! Wow! You can add the sentiment if you like, or leave it off. And a bit of ribbon and baker’s twine finish off the card. See, not that hard. This is a stepped-up version of this card, you can easily simplify by leaving off some of the leaves and the ribbon. It will still be a beautiful card.
