Today’s card is a fun Congratulations Card which was created with three different stamp sets!! That’s a great thing about stamping, you can mix and match ALL the stamps you have 🙂

The design for this card is based on the sketch challenge over at Global Design Project. To play the challenge, I created a card based on their sketch for this week. Here’s it is:

You can see that I used the “congrats” sentiment from the Vertical Greetings stamp set to create the three vertical stripes. I set them on a Blackberry Bliss circle punched with the Starburst Punch. I love the contrast of the Blackberry Bliss card stock and the Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper.

The spray of flowers was stamped using the Love What You Do stamp set and colored in with a Rich Raspberry Colored Pencil. Then I blended the colored area with a Blender Pen.The Blender Pen has a bit of alcohol in it that makes the pencil marks flow together and look almost like a marker.

Then I stamped the large “congratulations” sentiment from the Another Wonderful Year set. I made today’s card for someone who recently had a wonderful thing happen! I love being able to send a fun card to show support for great things that happen in other’s lives.
