Today’s watercolored card is for this week’s challenge over at Global Design Project. It’s a fun challenge! We are to “case” the designer and this card has a lot to case (copy and share everything!). There are bright layers of watercolors, water drops showing on the watercolors, and the sentiment is heat embossed in white on black card stock. And those are only the parts I copied! 

For my card, I white heat embossed flowers from the new Painted Seasons Sale-a-Bration stamp set and watercolored stripes over them.The colors used were Grapefruit Grove, Lovely Lipstick, and Pineapple Punch. Then I went back in and added drops of water arbitrarily. 

The sentiment is from the Love What You Do stamp set and it was embossed on Basic Black card stock and then punched with the Pretty Label Punch. I made a little change to the punched label by cutting the top and bottom just a bit to make them flat. It’s a small change but just gives a slightly different shape 🙂
