A one-layer card is one without anything added, no other papers or embellishments…just one layer of paper, stamps and ink. This is called simple stamping!

Have you ever used the Narrow Notecards? They’re fun because they are small and a different shape, and they are great enclosures for gifts. I like to use them for customer thank you notes!

The new Painted Seasons stamp set (FREE during Sale-a-Bration) is easy to stamp and the images it produces are gorgeous! For these narrow notecards I used three colors of ink: Balmy Blue, Mint Macaron, and Lemon Lime Twist. I randomly stamped the images I liked – I just had fun stamping flowers and leaves 🙂

A little sentiment was added from the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set…in this case, “many thanks.” This was so easy and quick and, FUN to make! I also had fun stamping the little envelope that comes with the notecard set!
You can also use other sentiments. On the card below I used a sentiment from the Sale-a-Bration All Adorned stamp set (another FREE set!).

To get these FREE items I’ve talked about, all you need to do is place a minimum order. That’s what Sale-a-Bration is all about! Place an order and get FREE stuff! Find out more by clicking HERE.
